What's so special?...............With location being one of the keys to a great holiday, it is worth noting that the location here is truly remarkable, it boasts spectacular sea-views of Albufeira bay and the Old Town.
2 minute walk to the beach, 5 min. walk to the STRIP and 15 minute walk into the Old Town.

Being one of the most Prestigious beach front developments in Albufeira, with its rare stunning sea views, it's a quiet condo, but still extremely close to the hustle and bustle of Albufeira. Literally only a two minute (250 metres) stroll through the private gated access takes you to the beach of Forte São Jõao.
The Apartment is privately owned in a "PRIME POSITION" on the second level, overlooking the pool and sea, capturing the amazing view across Albufeira's Old Town. Those in the centre building, are very private and "NOT OVERLOOKED" at all by any other apartments, all you can see from inside the lounge and bedroom is that fabulous sea. Wall to floor doors leading to the balcony open fully, enabling you to enjoy the outside from within....................... and the amazing views from beyond!!!
