La Bastide 'Grenadiers of Saint Sat. in the Luberon"is a set of 2 houses 'La Restanque' and 'La Calade' as well as 2 chambres d ' hôtes 'STELLA' and 'NICO' La Bastide Saint Sat Grenadiers. is located in the Parc Naturel Regional du Luberon 3 minute walk from the centre of the village of Saint Saturnin les Apt where shops and restaurants, 100 metres from the mill to wind and 300 metres from the ruins of the Castle medieval (monuments).
These homes are new constructions of Provençal style with the structure and modern comfort.
Each House can accommodate four people and consists on the ground floor of a fully furnished living, kitchen, cloakroom and toilet; upstairs two bedrooms and 1 bathroom with toilet 2 bed and breakfasts, room Stella and room Nico, each have a private bathroom including shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
Thus, we can accommodate groups of four to twelve people.
La Calade or the Restanque - equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, complete equipment for 6 people, - stay, flat screen TV, DVD player, Wifi, and 1 sofa bed in the living room, cloakroom, WC, washing hands - floor, one bedroom with bed 160, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90, shower room with Italian shower, sink and toilet.
-Possibility additional child bed.
-Private terrace with table and BBQ - garden and swimming pool (12 x 4.5) with flat bottom, 24 m² shaded.
-Parking in the property - discrete owners if need available.
