White House Gerbi is an apartment in a villa by the sea, 10 km from Cefalu is 1 km from Finale di Pollina. Rais Gerbi is set on the promontory, from greek head Gerbi and the border with the former village Valtur Pollina, Pollina Resort today, in one of the most beautiful places in Sicily. Find its borders with the sea that can be accessed directly, walking, without having to resort to any means. The stairs leading to the beach is, in fact, a few meters from the front door and accessed by the same garden. White House "Gerbi" is an apartment RENOVATED IN 2017 placed on the ground floor, facing the sea, with terrace and panoramic view of a long avenue of trees leading to the sun and the beach. The apartment (75 square meters), convenient for 4-5 persons, has a living room-dining room entrance with two beds (possibility to add 3 or 4 bed on request), double bedroom with TV, bathroom renovated in April 2017 with docci, hair dryer, and kitchen renovated in April 2017 with all the comforts: hob with 5 burners, fridge freezer, oven and microwave column. The terrace is furnished with a comfortable sitting area, table and chairs, loungers and portable barbecue. The apartment has available a reserved parking place at the villa. It may be asked, for short stays and low season, a contribution for linen if asked. "White House" has another apartment, adjacent to, for rent, which can accommodate 4 to a maximum of 6 people. They are open to guests, in some periods, only two of the apartments of the Villa, where the owners spend their holidays. They are neighboring but separate, simply furnished, Mediterranean style, with large arranged outdoor spaces for outdoor living, garden, terrace - solarium on the sea and especially on the seafront.
