Villa Yahvi, set amid green land on the hillside, just a 10 minute walk from Kalkan Old Town with its numerous restaurants and bars, offers one of the best locations in town – and boasts uninterrupted sea views from every level.

Outside Villa Yahvi has its own private infinity swimming pool, with large sunbathing terrace that offers wonderful views out over Kalkan Bay.

Inside the villa,the open plan design features a contemporary kitchen and a large living area, together with four bathrooms and three spacious bedrooms. At all levels, large windows open out onto the terrace and balconies and maximise the wonderful views out over the Mediterranean Sea.

Sleeping 6 people, the villa has 2 very spacious double rooms and 1 very spacious twin room all with an en-suite featuring large shower enclosure, basin and w/c.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review and we are glad you enjoyed your stay at Villa Yahvi. With 2014 being Villa Yahvi's first year we apologise for the building site either side of the property. Now in 2015 all the surrounding villas are complete and no more building work is in sight.

How do damage deposits work?
