E' una dimora tipica dei primi anni del '900 di Rocca D'Arazzo, paese di origine feudale situato sull'altura che fiancheggia la sponda destra del fiume Tanaro. Si trova a 12km da Asti e 26Km da Alba.Situata in campagna, è circondata da un terreno di 9000mtq ricco di alberi da frutto e bosco.
Dista 500mt dal piccolo paese di Rocca D'Arazzo, dove si trova negozio di alimentari, agrimacelleria, bar, trattoria, bancomat.Il casale è molto grande ( 300mq) e dispone di due sale da pranzo, un soggiorno, una cucina, tre bagni, tre camere matrimoniali ( di cui una con un letto singolo in piu'), una camera con due letti singoli e un'ampia mansarda con letto matrimoniale e 4 letti singoli.Puo' ospitare fino a 15 persone. Sono disponibili due lettini da viaggio ( per bimbi da 0 a 2 anni) e due seggioloni.
Disponibile minimo 2 notti ma non nei periodi: Natale- Capodanno ( 4 e 5 notti), Pasqua (3 notti), Ponte 2 giugno ( 3 notti) luglio e agosto ( minimo 1 settimana).
La casa dispone di arredamento da giardino, barbecue in pietra.
TV satellitare e wifi gratis ( skydsl).
Nelle vicinanze tennis, maneggio, piscine, oasi naturalistica del wwf , parco fluviale di Rocchetta Tanaro, percorsi nordic walking , tennis e golf.
Il casale si trova nella posizione ottimale per visitare il Monferrato e le Langhe, con i suoi castelli, le sue cantine, i vini pregiati ( Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo, Barbera), i ristoranti stellati e paesaggi mozzafiato.
La proprietaria suggerisce le migliori cantine di Langhe e Monferrato dove fare degustazioni.Nelle immediate vicinanze del casale tra le colline, si trovano trattorie e vinerie semplici ma di grande qualità dove gustare i piatti tipici della cucina tradizionale piemontese.
Nell'estate i paesi circostanti sono luogo di sagre enogastronomiche, a settembre Asti propone il famoso Palio, a ottobre Alba la Fiera internazionale del tartufo bianco.
Nel mese di dicembre Villaggio di Babbo Natale al Castello di Govone ( 12 km).
La casa vacanze è a un'ora di auto dalle principali città del nord Italia come Torino, (con i suoi monumenti, il Museo Egizio, del Cinema, dell'Automobile), Milano, con le vie dello shopping Made in Italy e Genova con l'Acquario e i litorali della Riviera.
Da ricordare, per gli amanti dello shopping il Centro Commerciale Serravalle Outlet, anch'esso a un'ora di auto, dove trovare le firme della moda a prezzi scontati (mese di agosto e gennaio)
