Description

Il Rifugio è il luogo ideale per chi intende rilassarsi in un bellissimo paesaggio a due passi dal mare e con uno sguardo ai monti dell’entroterra, senza rinunciare alle comodità del tipico resort mediterraneo. Il complesso residenziale si compone di 14 appartamenti (bilo, trilo e quadrilocale) ed un monolocale, tutti arredati originalmente con gusto e dotati di TV, WiFi e (quasi tutti) di condizionatore.

La piscina di 70mq invitano i nostri ospiti a rilassarsi sui lettini prendisole con vista sul giardino esotico.

Trilocale di 65 mq, situato al 1° piano del Residence, con una veranda di 10 mq e composto da 3,5 camere. Può ospitare fino a 4 persone ed uno dei nostri appartamenti "petfree".

Descrizione : Una camera doppia con letto matrimoniale e bagno (WC/doccia) e una camera con letto matrimoniale e provvista bagno interno (WC/vasca da bagno), soggiorno con cucina, divano, caminetto e veranda con vista su oliveto, e montagne. Tutte le camere sono completamente arredate, veranda arredata e attrezzata per barbecue.

Equipaggiamento: aria condizionata/riscaldamento, cucina completa attrezzata, frigorifero con congelatore, cucina a gas, forno, lavatrice in comune, camere arredate con gusto (soggette a cambiamenti), barbecue.

Response from the owner Thank you for taking the time to review our Residence and the 126 sqm apartment RIFUGIO. As some guests could not come in the last moment – we were able to host you in the absolute high season here in Sardegna as last minute guests. Of course this is the time where the prices are the highest.We are happy to know that you would recommend us. As for the things you mentioned, the garden (200 sqm as written in the description) is a common garden, even if usually only the guests of the apartment RIFUGIO use it in the mornings and evenings - it is easier for one or two apartments (namely: MIRTO & PINO) to access the pool through the garden. For the pool we are really sorry, it was an inconvenience for wich we were not responsible - our associate is responsible for the pool maintenance this year and we solicited many times to do something about it. Like in Rio 2016 the pool was usable but the green color was not nice. However, before your stay ended it was already better, we also did our best to make your stay more comfortable with a free massage from our professional masseuse, Alessia, which we are sure you enjoyed. In the end we understand that your vacation was overall positive and wish you the best for your life back home. kind regards, the Winklers & Team

Wir freuen uns, dass Sie die herrliche Aussicht ins Grüne auf den riesigen Olivenhain („Oliveto“ auf italienisch, daher der Name der Wohnung:) und die Palmen genossen haben. Auch wir können uns nicht satt sehen ab der schönen Aussicht einen Stock höher. Wir sind froh, dass die Wohnung auch ohne Benutzung der Klimaanlage kühl war. (letztere ist ja nicht unbedingt gesund und besser man kommt ohne aus.) Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie oder Ihre Freunde in einem kommenden Jahr wieder willkommen heissen zu dürfen. “Awesome place, idyllic and friendly”

We had a great time at the Residence Rifugio. The friendly owner advised as well and showed as nice beaches and a Tropfsteinhöhle nearby. Excellent Restaurants with very affordable prices around the corner and the beach in a walking distance around 30 minutes. Cristal clear water and we did a great boat tour also, picknicking on hidden beaches and cliff jumping. I would come back anytime!

“Nice place, close to sea and great for excursions”

The Olivetto is an apartment in the old part of the bulding but is nicely renovated. We liked a lot the fireplace we used quite a lot in december giving really a cosy feeling. The 2 Rooms are nice and spacy, perfect for a family with kids. Beatiful view from the balcony to the sea. Friendly owners. Walsing to the beach takes maybe 15 min
