Description

With an independent entrance from Via Tabarka, the Giada Apartment is on the first floor of Casa Gianca, accessible via a typical 20-scale tabarkina staircase. Nice, cozy and bright, the 60 sqm apartment, renovated with quality materials, is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The large living area consists of: fully equipped kitchen, with electric oven, induction hob, large fridge, freezer and washing machine Living room with balcony, sofa and 37-inch LCD TV The sleeping area consists of: double bedroom with balcony bedroom with bunk bed, bathroom with window, with bidet, shower 70x80 cm, hair dryer At guests' disposal bed linen, bathroom and kitchen. On request cot and high chair for children, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. In order to avoid unnecessary energy waste and respect for the environment of the island, guests are required to operate the air conditioning system only when they are inside the apartment. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
