Description
Once ruined farmhouses dated back to 18 century, now have been restored to beautiful elegant estate. The property is located just 10kms outside the Unesco village Assisi, at the altitude of 600 meters above sea level. It offers a picturesque view of Mountain Subasio along with rolling hills of Umbria countryside.
The property composes of 6 independent apartments, 2 of them are cosy lofts and the other 4 are one bedroom apartments. All apartments are cladded with stonewalls and have private terrace.
Each apartment can sleep up to 4 persons. Each has one bathroom with a shower, a living/dining area, a kitchenette with cooking utensils and a fridge.
Paradiso44 also offers a 5x15m outdoor swimming pool, a game room with a pool table, a sauna, and a private cinema.
