Exceptionally cozy apartment in heart Glorieta de Bilbao , with several subway lines and within walking Bilbao Metro at the door . One step from Malasaña and cueca , and the Gran Via, Paseo de la Castellana , Museums and all interesting places in Madrid .

The apartment has a lounge , kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate bedroom.

Perfect for couples , it can also accommodate 3 people , as the sofa in the lounge converts into a comfortable double bed.

The bedroom has a bed (1,20) and wardrobe .

The apartment is located in a historic 1906 building has been completely renovated in November 2013 . It has plenty of natural light and is very quiet , no street noise . It is perfect for those who want to stay fit without going to the gym 4th floor without elevator.

The building has a doorman and security code .

The area is very central with all amenities and shops. You'll find supermarkets open until 2pm and all kinds of restaurants and bars. Opposite is the famous Commercial Cafe, one of the oldest in Madrid, which maintains a literary atmosphere .

The excellent location of this apartment makes it perfect both for those who want to spend a few days in Madrid to explore the city and visit the city on foot , and for those who wish to live in a unique location in the center of Madrid, with excellent communications by public transport to all areas of the city.

In the same door you'll find the Bilbao metro line and close the San Bernardo Court and lines. Several bus routes also pass through the door of the apartment.

The proximity to Icade and Instituto de Empresa make it perfect for graduate students, and good communication with the Universidad Complutense , ideal for college students.

Undoubtedly, the location of this apartment is perfect for both a short stay in Madrid for holidays or tourism, or for a longer stay for study or work.

And also to the Barrio de las Letras and Museums Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia. The Paseo de la Castellana and the Plaza de Colón is also a 10 minute walk from the apartment, and the Retiro Park is less than 15 minutes away walking.
