Appartement 3 pièces de 70 mètres carrés situé au 1er étage avec ascenseur d'un bel immeuble typique niçois classé, situé en face du port de Nice.
ACCÈS DIRECT EN TRAMWAY DEPUIS L'AÉROPORT. Arrêt PORT LYMPIA.
L'appartement bénéficie d'un bel espace ouvert salon-salle à manger-cuisine d'environ 30 mètres carrés et de deux belles chambres de 15 mètres carrés chacune.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée (réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, plaques à induction, four à micro-ondes, machine à café, bouilloire, vaisselle).
Le salon comporte deux canapés convertibles deux places si besoin ainsi qu'un téléviseur écran plat avec un accès à Netflix.
Viennent compléter l'appartement : une salle d'eau ainsi que des WC séparés. Les WC accueillent également un espace de stockage où se trouve un lave-linge séchant.
Nous pouvons fournir 1 lit bébé ainsi qu'une chaise haute et une petite baignoire pour le bébé si besoin sur demande.
Bénéficiant d'une situation exceptionnelle à 100 mètres du port de Nice, le quartier est à proximité des plages et des principaux sites touristiques de la ville à pied.
A proximité de tous les transports (bus, train, bateau), la localisation est idéale pour visiter les principaux sites environnants : Villefranche-sur-mer & Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat avec leurs belles plages, Eze Plage, Eze Village, Monaco, Antibes, Cannes ou l'arrière pays (Saint-Paul de Vence).
Le quartier du port est le nouvel endroit tendance de la ville, à proximité immédiate de la place Garibaldi et de la rue Bonaparte.
Les amateurs d'arts ne seront pas déçus : le célèbre Musée d'arts modernes et contemporains) n 'est situé qu'à 5 minutes à pied.
A proximité également : bowling, la célèbre vue panoramique de la colline du château, le Vieux-Nice et ses belles ruelles touristiques.
