Description

This B&B is a newly built villa with a private courtyard, the building is on three floors and features a lift.

The 3 rooms are lighty and spacious, each one with a private bathroom en suite and a large sunny covered veranda where, if you wish, you can enjoy your breakfast. The colours of the rooms range from the ruby-red and cream tonalities of our sunsets and the sapphire-blue and green of our cristal-clear sea water.

The villa is located at the entrance of the town of Monserrato, just five minutes from the airport of Cagliari, along the road which leads to the coast.

This is the ideal place for people wishing to visit the Southern part of Sardinia, its marvellous beaches on the Eastern and Western part of the coast and at the same be just a stone throw away from the town of Cagliari, which can be reached in ten minutes by metro with a ticket which only costs 1 euro! The metro station is 100 metres from the villa and takes you right in the heart of the shopping area of Cagliari. From here you can reach the old city centre with a nice stroll along the shops and be there in ten minutes.

We offer a rich continental breakfast in the common room or, if you prefer, in the covered private veranda.

Getting around

The Metro station is just round the corner, only 50 metres away. It can bring you to the centre of Cagliari in 12 minutes. Bus M can bring you to Cagliari railway station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is just across the road. By Taxi , from the airport, it takes only 10 minutes to reach SUN&SARDINIA.
