Description

Casa Bella fa Niente is one of 14 new builds in Licsia di Vacca, set up against a beautiful rock for a great feeling of privacy. The apartment was chosen for it's natural light and good size terrace where you can dine in larger numbers. The whole place has been set up for a perfect relaxing vacation with bars and a number of great restaurants all within short walk. We also have two cafes, a super market and one of the best bakeries all on our doorstep. You might also want to know that the place next to us also does rental and would be a great combination for a larger group( they are also 2bdrm 2bath)

The property is two-bedroom two bath and each room can be set up as two singles or two doubles pending on your needs. There is a great inside out side flow from the kitchen area to the living and out to the terrace for the main large dinning area (there is a smaller table for breakfast inside also)

The property has a out side covered Terrace that holds a large dinning table and BBQ area. This looks out over a quiet road to the Church. On the front side the master bedroom has a very small balcony with sea view down over the valley to bomb ally where the yacht racing cross through during the round Maddalena race. Also in the front of the property with a back drop of a dramatic rock formation is a common area with a second BBQ and large round granite table

Response from the owner Im every sorry but we never received or excepted this booking.... when informed only last month that it was even made and told the price the client have BOOKED for there was no way we could take the reservation as the computer error had sold my home for week in a period we are a min of two weeks as stated on the site and for less that the AC and cleaning would cost. Surely they must have realised this when booking. We have offered them the apartment but at the true and fair rate that all our clients have always paid and be more than happy with. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience but it really was not our fault. I am 100% sure they can not produce one piece of evidence that we personally knew about about the booking as we take looking after our clients very seriously.

“Loved every second!”

Came to Porto Cervo on a rare day of rain and stayed in this lovely apartment for 4 days. Felt at home as soon as I walked in the door. Wonderful location for my morning run followed up with a coffee and treat with the local nonna Franca just around the corner. It’s a short walk down the hill to Porto Vecchio and the most heavenly gelato! This house is an absolute treat, beautifully decorated, great outdoor area for barbeques and the wonderfully luxurious sofa was a holiday in itself!
