Fantastic, modern and recently refurbished two bedroom flat in the heart of Sea Point, Cape Town. Situated right on the promenade with Atlantic ocean and mountain views. Property is light and breezy with all the modern facilities that will make your stay very comfortable. Close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Sea Point swimming pool and the beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton is a short hop away. The property has 24hr security at reception and access by lift. The new Myciti public transport system whose bus routes cover most of Cape Town is accessible from Main Rd, a mere 5 min walk away. A cleaner can be provided if needed. The V&A Waterfront complex with all its restaurants and designer shops are a 10min drive away.

How do damage deposits work?

If Samantha (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
