THE APARTMENT
The holiday house is a townhouse , arranged over 3 levels.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen equipped with all the accessories: fireplace, oven, dishwasher and dishes. On the first floor is the living area with a modern sofa bed, TV, stereo and bathroom with washing machine. On the second floor , which enjoys beautiful views of the Umbrian countryside, there is a comfortable double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, bathroom and shower.
The apartment is also equipped with other accessories such as iron and ironing board, hair dryer , television, andeverything you need for the kitchen, including crockery.
EXCURSIONS AND CONNECTIONS
The apartmente is just off the road linking Rome and Perugia which are about 90 km both. The geographic location of the apartment is ideal for trips and excursions to many of beautiful italian cities.
On the main road connecting the southband of Umbria from Orvieto to Terni you will find Amelia rich in landscapes,Narni and the ancient Marmore waterfalls, that are the greatest in Europe, a really great sightseeing. All the area has many of the best local restaurants where you can taste typical dishes of Umbria and on request we can organize visits to mills and wineries in the area to taste and buy typical products, such as wine and oil.
For sports lovers, you can go trekking and rafting in the nearby Nera Valley, otherways there are stables to enjoy relaxing rides in the countryside and outdoor swimming pools are within 10 minutes from the house. The hills offer wonderful trails for hiking, mountain biking and road cycling.
The reference stations are Orte and Narni, Florence, can be reached by 1 hour and 30 minutes by train, arriving at Santa Maria Novella. directly in the historical center of the city.
For those who want to enjoy the sea, with 1 hour and 30 minutes by car you can reach the Tyrrhenian coast and the beautiful district of Monte Argentario ( Santo Stefano Harbour and Porto Ercole ) where you can embark to the Giglio Island.
