Description

Special House is a mansion restored into apartments in the heart of the hills of Gavi. Located within the organic farm Apiaries degli Speziali di Francesco Panella. The company produces honey and has 15 acres of Woods and vineyards. Special House is surrounded by nature and the surroundings offer nature trails, architectural and gastronomic history. The closest cities are Milan, Turin and Genoa and are approximately 1 hour by car. It is an ideal holiday house for people who live in town and want to spend the holidays in the hills. 3 nearby golf club Colline del Gavi at 700 meters, Carolina and Villa la Bollina a few miles. . The closest city centres are Novi ligure and Gavi. About 7 km is located the McArthurGlen outlet. with the most prestigious names in Italian fashion.

The apartment is on the first floor with large terrace. It is organized on two levels: kitchen/living room, bathroom and living room with sofa bed, with access to the attic floor of about 30 sqm. The very bright attic has a sleeping area with a double bed, a study area and a small bathroom.

The renovation, completed in August 2013, curated by the architects Carpani _ Masoni _ rate, is respectful of the historical landscape and constraints of the most advanced power-saving techniques. The décor is edited and restored antique furniture combined with furnishing of design and craftsmanship. The floors are tiled in living areas and parquet in the bedrooms. The apartment has gas heating, solar panels and in the living room a stove/fireplace is easy to use and pleasant company.
