Lovely modern open plan, light and airy cottage attached at the rear of the main house, in the upmarket residential area of Helena Heights. The Cottage has access to 1/2 acre of gardens and swimming pool. Situated in the Winelands region, within short drive of 6 golf courses (Erinvale, De Zalze Somerset West, Strand, Stellenbosch and Helderberg Village Golf clubs), 5 mins from Somerset Mall and 10 minutes from Strand beach.

Front and rear outside terraces with tables and chairs, sun loungers, Satellite TV and washing machine.

Thanks Andy and Melanie - we had a great time and love meeting you and your family - including the dogs! The cottage was perfect for us. Nice quiet safe area - very handy for trips out towards Cape Town, into Stellenbosch and round towards Hermanus etc. Will definitely stay again next time we come down. Regards Ann and Mike
