This luxury new two bedroomed penthouse apartment is located within the superb Grove Spa resort in the lovely village of Mazotos. Whether you are looking for a peaceful and romantic getaway, an active family holiday or just pure relaxation this holiday has it all.

The penthouse boasts a large secluded roof terrace with superb views overlooking the fields of Mazotos and the mountains and is complete with hottub, sunbeds and outdoor dining facilities. Whilst inside the penthouse is superbly equipped with high quality furniture, appliances and flat screen televisions. A real home from home!

The Grove Spa resort provides superb facilities for those seeking both relaxation and an active holiday. On the site are 2 swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzi pools, a children's pool with reception / children's playground / concierge services and a games / TV room featuring XBOX and WII consoles and board games. A fully equipped gym, spa, sauna, steam rooms and tennis courts are due to open in 2015 with an onsite restaurant and shops also planned.

Mazotos is a beautiful, quiet, peaceful and friendly village yet within very short driving distance of a number of beaches, restaurants and attractions that will suit all tastes. The fascinating city of Larnaca, one of the oldest cities in the world is only 15 minutes drive away, whilst Limassol and Nicosia are easily reached. Activities available in the area include a variety of historic attractions, a Camel and Amusement Park, two water parks, boat trips, scuba diving, fishing trips, go karting, cycle hire, cinema, ten-pin bowling, a children's play centre (with indoor and outdoor activities).

The apartment has three air conditioning and heating units in the living areas which can be controlled to allow temperatures that suit all tastes.

Living Area - The spacious and well planed living and dining area has two brown leather luxury sofas (one of which converts into a double sofa bed if required), a coffee and side table and decorative lamps. A 37' widescreen television, DVD/CD and iPOD dock/clock radio player will provide ample entertainment, with a selection of DVDs, games and magazines also being provided.

Kitchen - The kitchen is superbly appointed with quality appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, cooker / hob, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. Also included is a toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board plus all the cookware and utensils required for your stay.

Master bedroom - The master bedroom has a luxury king size bed, a large wall mounted widescreen television, large built in wardrobes and bed side units with lamps, a mirror and a radio alarm clock. The bedroom benefits from superb views over fields and onto the Troodos mountains.

Second bedroom - The second bedroom has two single beds, a large wall mounted widescreen television, large built in wardrobes and a bed side unit with a lamp.

The attractive bathroom has a bath with shower, large mirror, WC and sink unit. Bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring extra towels if you plan to regularly use the hottub!!

A superb feature of this penthouse apartment is the large and private roof terrace with stunning views on to fields and the Troodos mountains beyond. The roof terrace is perfect for private sunbathing and dining and for those who want peace and quiet. The roof terrace comprises of a luxury 6 person hottub, 6 seater rattan dining set, barbecue and sun loungers along with a sink and cupboards. The roof terrace also has a pergola which provides shade for those who want it. It's the ultimate outdoor living vacation!.

On the first floor there is a spacious terrace with superb views on to the fields below. The terrace has a dining set for 4 people and sun loungers.

The apartment is located on the luxury Grove Spa resort which comprises a wide array of leisure facilities including 3 swimming pools, children's pool/playground, jacuzzis and games room. Full spa facilities, gym, tennis and a dance studio, a roof top bar, restaurant and shops will also open during 2015.

“Another superb stay at this luxury penthouse”

Just returned from our third stay at this luxury penthouse apartment at the Grove Spa 5* Resort at Mazatos. The apartment is so tastefully furnished to the highest possible standard with every facility and fantastic views towards the Eastern Troodos Mountains and the Stravrovouni Monastry. With every visit, the Grove Spa Resort has matured since this penthouse apartment was the first to be completed in September 2010 and looked splendid this autumn with all the flowering shrubs adding colour against the white buildings. The swimming pools were kept immaculate with comfortable sun loungers and parasols. This penthouse is pure heaven particularly with it being the only one with a jacuzzi on the sunroof and an integrated sunshade the full width so be the temperature 36o one can still relax on one of the sun loungers, eat at the 6 seater wicker table , or have an informal BBQ, all without fear of sunburn. It has a delightful temperature anytime of day and the main bedroom as well as lounge have the same amazing views and sunsets as the lower balcony. It is so private being one of the furthest from the main village road. Whether you want to chill out or explore the Island this penthouse is ideally situated. within easy distance of beaches or the Main motorway for Limasol, Nicocia,Ayia Napa (beautiful fishing village during the day) and only 20 minutes from the oldest city on the Island Larnaca with facilities for all ages, culture, beautiful restaurants, shops, and great beaches. It has everything one could want. Nicosia , a modern city with every franchise for shopping but the old town delightful and now pedestrian access to the Turkish sector of Cyprus from Ledler Street – just take your passport. Beautiful mountain scenery with typical Greek villages all within easy striking distance – everyone so friendly. This penthouse is just bliss and hate leaving it but it only takes 30 minutes from Grove Spa, car rental drop off, check in, and security to being in the departure lounge of the newly modernised enlarged airport with every amenity for duty free shopping. We have visited many different parts of the world, done Cruises, 3 centre holidays but never go back to the same place twice but that does not apply to Grove Spa.

“All our needs catered for and expectaions exceeded”

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at the penthouse apartment. I am confident in saying this is probably the best apartment on site because of the addition of the hot tub, the fabulous roof terrace and the location. I was slightly worried initially as we normally rent villas with a private pool and this is the first time we went for an apartment. I can happily say my expectations were exceeded and I would re book in the future. The communal pools are lovely and not over populated and although the facilities are yet to be finished you can see it will be a wonderful complex. The apartment itself is very well equipped. I cooked from scratch everyday and used evey pot pan serving dish and utensil and there was nothing I needed extra. The main balcony was perfect for evening drinks and breakfast. The roof terrace was lovely and private and had a hot tub, dining table, BBQ and sink. We spent most our evenings up here eating, drinking and star gazeing from the hot tub. It was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and I could write paragraph after paragraph about the place but if anyone has any specific questions I am more than happy to answer to them.
