Description

We have a modern terraced hoilday chalet with two bedrooms, shower room and open plan lounge-kitchen-dining area available to let on the beautiful South Pembrokeshire Coast.

The property comfortably sleeps four with an additional sofa bed in the lounge if required. A travel cot is available if required.There is also an extra child's mattress in the smaller bedroom if needed. Pillows and douvets are provided.

Sheets, douvet covers and pillow cases provided for a 7 day stay but incur an extra cost if required for holidays less than 7 days.

The Longhouse Pub/ Restaurant is situated on site, close to the park entrance and beach. This also contains its own designated dive school.

We have an extremely strict no dogs and no smoking policy, which makes this an ideal haven for people with allergies, asthma etc.

Location is the key to this property. It is situated at Freshwater East Holiday Village, only a five minute walk from Freshwater East Bay, a half mile wide, safe , sandy beach.

There is a wide range of outdoor activities and water sports, which are available all year round from rock climbing and abseiling to horse riding, karting, surfing, windsurfing, stand up paddle boarding (these can be hired from the Longhouse), snorkling, kite surfing, jet ski safaris and sailing.

The surrounding area is rich in history, with castles, historic buildings, archaeological interest, and unrivaled Geological interest.

Nearby boat trips can be taken to various islands where it is possible to see dolphins, grey seals and a variety of bird life.

There are also plenty of Children's holiday activities such as wild life parks, fun farms, water parks, fairgrounds and amusements, as well as things of a more educational nature.

Getting around

The Chalet is a 5 minute walk from the Pembrokeshire Way which offers miles of beautiful walks along the breath taking scenery of the Coastal Path. The Coastal Cruiser bus picks and drops off walkers all along the Pembrokeshire Way in the season. A car is fairly essential in order to access other parts of this beautiful area. The area is very popular with cyclists. There are boat trips to several of the islands.

Interaction with guest

The keys are available from a Key Safe for which we will give you the combination the week prior to the start of your holiday. We send an information email which contains our contact details, information about the chalet and surrounding area once we have received your details from Trip Advisor. There is also a blue folder in the chalet with details of where the shops etc are, along with directions to a few beaches and walks. We are always available for any queries or concerns via email, landline or mobile, the numbers of which we give out once the holiday is booked. We are unable to accept next day/ last minute bookings as we live 3 hours away and need to give our cleaner notice to prepare the chalet.

“Lovely clean well equipped chalet”

It was a very grest place to stay in very clean and everything you need for self-catering not a lot on site as facilities didn't open till 11am and shut at 7pm and not open Monday and Tuesday at all very disappointing as there is nothing else for miles

If Sarah and Michael (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
