Luxury, secluded private villa has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms.
An entrance floor with large living room, open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. This floor leads to the main terrace(100m2) with barbecue, outside dining, sun beds and infinity pool.
Second floor comprises the master bedroom en-suite and terrace two more bedrooms with terraces and a large bathroom with shower, and WC.
Upstairs has also very large oval terrace with comfortable sofas where you can relax with breath taking views.
All in all second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The house is fitted out as a stunning home with all inventory to a high standard, luxury furnishings and designer bathrooms. The villa is fully air-conditioned. At the terrace there are sun loungers, chairs and dining areas with many different terrace spaces.
By Request, Pool Heating is available with an extra charge of £60/day during cold months.
It needs minimum 3 days to heat it up prior to arrival.

“Relaxing in style!”
We have just had a week at this gorgeous villa, we wanted to re-charge in luxury. We got that and more! The villa is very well kept with the most amazing views. We didn't want to hire a car so the lovely Ahmet who collected us from the airport (arranged by the owner, Orhan ) took us to Kas and a few other places too we had so much fun. The town of Kas which is a short drive away is lovely, lively and friendly with plenty of bars and restaurants and a great market on a Friday. Lovely holiday thank you

“Felt like we won the lottery. !”
Wow wow wow ! Totally amazing. Only 2 of us stayed here and it was out of this world and believe me we are very fussy people. Fantastic tv channels,plenty of utensils. The whole villa outstanding and to high standard and very clean. Fantastic transfer with Ahmet who also works in Kas always on hand to help and advise ... Nothing is too much trouble for him and he became our friend and always will be. Can't forget Sanveer the house keeper ....lovely man and very thorough. Plenty to do in Kas and fantastic eating out places. Totally recommend the corner cafe for breakfast and the best steak in the world for Jimmy joker. The people are so friendly and will do anything for you and the pharmacy in town speak perfect English. Will deco be returning. Thank you Orhan.

“Beautiful high quality villa with fabulous pool and facilities”
We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday. Six in our party with our two teenagers and two friends. Ample space for 6, superb facilities, wonderful view, worth every penny. The view from the pool is stunning and even when the temperature is very hot the air con works well and keeps the villa chilled. Would happily re-book next year!
