Description
The villa is fully furnished 5 minutes walk from the sea. It consists of two double bedrooms and one bedroom with four beds, located in the very cool basement, for a total of 8 beds. Two bathrooms, both with sink, toilet and bidet. In one there is a shower and a washing machine. Double living room well furnished and with satellite TV, kitchenette equipped with crockery for more than eight people, microwave, dishwasher, oven and refrigerator with freezer and fully functional. The house is equipped with all comforts, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Covered veranda with living room, table, chairs and deck chairs, garden with 450sqm lawn, barbecue and outdoor shower with hot water. Cot (in addition to the aforesaid 8 beds) up to 3 years, high chair and light barrier (size 150cm) per bed.Wifi unlimited with fiber optics. Just 2 minutes walk from a small shopping center with gastronomy, tobacco bar, supermarket, pharmacy, newsagent, pizzeria and pastry shop and a large square where a market is held 2 times a week. 2 minutes from the medical guard. The house consists of: two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with sink, toilet, bidet and one with shower, washing machine, double living room with satellite TV, kitchenette, microwave, dishwasher hoover etc .. Covered porch furnished with table and chairs, garden with green lawn of 450sqm., barbecue and outdoor hot shower. bed for children untill 3 years old. I have a 5G data router, which you can connect up to 5 wi-fi devices and it's for free. There is also a strongbox if you were to serve. Only 5 minutes walk to the beach and only a minute to groceries store, pharmacy pizzeria etc ..

“Fantastic holiday in lovely home near amazing beach!”
We had a fantastic week at Villa Simona, with 4 adults and 2 young children. The house is large, clean, comfortable and well equipped with all the facilities you need for a family. There is a supermarket, restaurant and local shops within 5 minutes' walk and a local market twice a week at the end of the street. Simona was a wonderful host, answering all of our questions and giving recommendations on where we should visit. The downstairs bedrooms make them very cool on hot nights, and the shaded outside areas make it very comfortable to sit outside at any time of day. The garden is lovely, with lots of space for children - as well as the toy box which keeps them very happy! And the best bit... the amazing Costa Rei beach just 10 minutes walk away. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing family holiday in a beautiful area of Sardinia.
