Description
Our extremely spacious and attractive Villa is situated on the hillside overlooking Kalamar Bay and enjoys stunning sea-views. Three of the bedrooms (two king sized doubles and a twin) are on the ground floor with direct access to the pool terraces. The spacious main living area and kitchen are on the first floor with a large shaded dining terrace with sea views and external steps down to the pool area. The villa is on a plot size of 800sqm. There is No Commission to pay on our prices.
The fourth double bedroom (king sized bed) occupies the whole of the top floor and has a large terrace with sea views and external steps to the dining terrace and pool area. All the bedrooms are en-suite (3 with showers 1 with bath plus shower) and large enough to accommodate a cot if required. There is a small double sofa bed in the roof bedroom and a single chair bed in the twin room giving extra flexibility, each bedroom has iPod/iPhone docking stations. The lounge has iPod docking station CD player, SKY TV, DVD and a Nintendo Wii. The basement games room has air hockey, table football and multi gym. Outdoor table tennis.
The villa has it's own large backup/reserve water tank.
The large private swimming pool is attractively shaped with easy access via Roman steps and there is a separate children's pool.
Villa Zeytin Koru is very close to the Kalamar road so it is mainly a fairly flat 15-20 minute walk along a well lit road to and from the top of the old town with just one short hill. This makes it possible to walk into the centre of Kalkan even in the height of summer and it is a pleasant stroll back after dinner without the need to take a taxi. There are many small bars and cafés along the road so you can stop for shade and refreshment or a night-cap if required! The sea-front and beach-club at Kalamar Bay are closer but the walk is obviously steeper, approx 5-10 minute down and slightly longer on the way back. If you visit the beach club they will provide complimentary transport back to the Villa to avoid the climb back up. There are also two well stocked mini-markets and several cafés/restaurants very close to the Villa (2-5 minute walk) so a car, although useful, is not essential. Airport transfers can be arranged on request at additional cost.
Our English manager provides a meet and greet service on arrival at the Villa and acts as a local contact in case of any problems or queries during your stay.

I hope you don't mind but I've copy/pasted your review that you placed on our website below. 'A great villa with stunning view across kalamar bay. We chose the villa Zeytin Koru because it had a heated pool that although it is deep at one end is child friendly because of its shape and shallower end allowing us to stand up. But it also has a connected heated kids pool and Stuart the owner provides lots of swimming and playing aides. There is a variety of flotation jackets that meant our 16 month old grandson and 4 year old grandson had a great time in a safe manner. The villa is very large set in its own grounds so a large family could easily get some private time. There are terraces everywhere and lots of places to eat or relax. The views are stunning and the local restaurants only 5 minutes walk away. It’s about a twenty minute walk into town or 5/6 minutes in a taxi. About £3 for a taxi cab full of people. The inside of the villa is very well appointed with quality furnishing. All the bedroom are en suite with comfortable beds. All in all a great villa spotlessly clean and well kept. The owners are very nice and clearly care on making your stay happy and carefree. I would highly recommend the villa to anyone wishing a holiday in a private setting. You will not be disappointed. ( unless it’s already fully booked with returning guests). Thank you for a great time with our family. Ps. October still a great month to visit.'
