Villa Rosa is a luxury villa located on the edge of the village of Falesia yet close to all the local amenities and beach. Our villa is furnished to an extremely high standard and is fully air conditioned. It offers you and your family all the home comforts you will need for a truly memorable holiday. Built over three floors the villa offers spacious accommodation.

The property has a lovely private garden and pool - the pool having steps and a shallow end for children.

Truly luxurious property giving spacious accommodation over 3 floors. Lovely Kitchen with small seating area. Patio doors open onto the garden which has been laid with a high quality artificial grass. Large airy lounge/dining room with patio doors leading off to garden and pool. Ground floor shower room.Lower ground floor has a double room with kingsize bed and ensuite wet room.Upstairs are 3 further bedrooms - 2 twin rooms and master double room with king size bed and ensuite bathroom. A further shower room completes the upstairs accommodation.All bedrooms/lounge are airconditioned.
