Description
The House is on the ground floor in the historic town of Nurachi (Oristano), a typical village of Sardinia, in a quiet street, with parking. Composed of kitchen, white stylish and relaxed dining area with sofa and armchair, spacious bathroom with comfortable shower and two bedrooms. Included equipment: lcd Tv, oven, fridge/freezer, fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, iron and ironing board. Pets are allowed upon request.
Bed linen and towels included. Nearby is the market, tobaccos, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, ATMs (1 km.), newsagent, butcher, fruit and vegetables. A 15-minute drive can be accessed the main beaches in the area (S'archittu, Putzu Idu, San Giovanni di Sinis, Is Arutas and Torre Grande, etc,). In these beaches are present all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay.
We will be present at the arrival of the guest giving indications on the House and on the area. During your stay you can also contact us for any eventuality, for urgencies or to recommend a good restaurant, live nearby.

“Wunderschönes Ferienhaus im ruhigen Westen Sardiniens”
Wir waren vom 11.- 23.09.14 zu Gast in diesem wirklich sehr schönen Ferienhaus. Mit dem ersten Betreten der Unterkunft waren wir begeistert. Das Haus ist größer als auf den Bildern zu sehen und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es gibt einen langen Flur, zwei etwa gleich große Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad und einen gemütlichen Wohn-Essbereich. Alle Räume bestechen durch wunderschöne, alte Steinboden, hohe Decken und traditionelle Details (z. B. geflochtene Strohdecken, eine besondere Art der Kabel-Verlegung und alte Lichtschalter, Steckdosen und Türgriffe). Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Hof mit Nutzgarten. Hier gibt es Raum zum entspannen. An dem im Garten wachsenden Obst und Gemüse durften wir uns in Absprache mit Renzo und Tiziana - den äußerst sympathischen Vermietern der Unterkunft - gerne bedienen. Das Haus war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in der "Via Kennedy", einer ruhigen, wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße. Unseren Mietwagen parkten wir meistens im Hof, da die Straße recht schmal ist. Nurachi ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um den Westen Sardiniens (oder auch weiter gelegene Ziele) zu entdecken. Der nächste größere Ort Cabras ist in 5 Autominuten zu erreichen, zur Autobahn bei Oristano gelangt man in knapp 15 Min. Zu den wunderschönen Stränden auf der Sinis-Halbinsel fährt man zwischen 20-30 Minuten. In Nurachi selbst gibt es kleinere Lebensmittelläden, ein Einkaufszentrum mit großem Supermarkt befindet sich in Oristano. Uns beiden hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen und wir können Sie unbedenklich weiterempfehlen. Renzo und Tiziana sind sehr herzliche Personen, denen es wichtig ist, dass es Ihren Gästen gut geht, ohne deren Privatsphäre zu stören.

“Ottima casa per vacanza”
Perfettamente adatto ai nostri bisogni. Ottima posizione per raggiungere comodamente le spiagge. Ordinata e pulita e completamente accessoriate. Il letto era molto confortevole e l'appartamento era arredato con ottimo gusto. Il giardino esterno molto confortevole e rilassante. Proprietari molto premurosi e disponibili. Grazie
