Description

KALKAN BREEZE APARTMENT is located in a small complex of 9 beautiful apartments in the sought after area of Komurluk in Kalkan. Nestled into the side of the hill, the apartment enjoys unrivaled sea views across the bay from Kalkan Harbour to the right and out to the Mediterranean Sea to the left.

The apartment is very well equipped and furnished to a very high standard with a cool, bright decor. It has good outside space with a front balcony with 2 sun loungers and a cafe style table and 2 chairs. There is a shaded side terrace furnished with cushioned bench seating for relaxing and a dining table and 4 chairs allowing dining for up to 6 people. The apartments share a pool terrace with swimming pool, furnished with wooden sun loungers and parasols. Situated a leisurely10-15 minute stroll from the town and just 5 minutes to 3 beach clubs (Zest, Palm Beach and Denizim) with bathing platforms, water sports, bar and restaurant.

Inside the apartment, the spacious open plan living area has ample lounge seating for 6 with sliding doors opening onto the front balcony. There is a dining area with a round iron, granite topped table and 4 dining chairs. There are 2 good sized bedrooms, one with a king size bed and 1 with twin beds. Both have en-suite newly fitted shower rooms and wc facilities all tiled with marble. The master bedroom with king size bed has large sliding doors onto the front terrace and has stunning sea views. The twin bedroom leads out onto the side terrace. A fully fitted kitchen is very well equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and more than ample crockery, glassware and cookware. There is storage room which houses the washing machine. We have picnic ware and cool bags for use round the pool or taking to the beach.

The apartment is also equipped with a digital safe, iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and an Ipod docking station for your use. We have a library of paperbacks with a swap system so you don't need to weigh yourself down with excess reading matter.

Getting around

It's very easy to get around. Either use the local buses called Dolmus or car hire is very reasonably priced. 10 minutes drive will take you to stunning beaches and 30 minutes to a number of ancient ruins or take a gulet and explore by sea. For the more adventurous, hire mountain bikes and head for the hills.

On arrival you will be met by our manager with the keys to show you into the apartment and answer any questions you may have. Our manager will be available throughout your stay and will visit from time to time to check you are okay.

“Holiday with the girls”

We had a fabulous week in Kalkan . The apartment had 2 lovely en suite bedrooms both with balcony/ terrace , great for outdoor eating / relaxing. We ate out most nights in Kalkan’s restaurants but could have self catered very easily as there was everything required to do so in the open plan kitchen / lounge area . It really was home from home. Sitting watching the sun go down was magical . The management and cleaning service was attentive and of a high standard. We truly relaxed and spent our days by the pool . The water so clean and still ,we actually thought it was empty when we first arrived. We didn’t go to the nearby beach club but it did look lovely so will do that next time !!! My friends and I couldn’t fault the apartment. If we get the opportunity to go back we will do so. I would recommend it 100%
