Description
In the immediate area of Albufeira is located the Quinta da Balaia with the beautiful resort Vila Balaia. Eight strung together villas are located in a green oasis with swimming pool. The stylishly furnished cottages have been remodelled to create a private atmosphere. Cars can be parked right outside the entrances. Each villa has a bedroom with a large double bed with air conditioning, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower or bath.
The modern living room offers one or two sofas with pull-out function for more sleeping options. Air conditioning, TV, a small coffee table and decorative elements guarantee the best of comfort. A bright, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table adjoins the living room. From here you have access to a covered terrace with views to the magnificent garden and pool, where you can also enjoy your meals. The view sweeps over the manicured garden with many visual highlights in the form of various tropical plants. In this outdoor area, the oval swimming pool with wrap-around deck, outdoor shower, comfortable loungers and parasols creates a privileged space.
Golf courses and tennis courts (fees apply), bars and restaurants are within short distance.
The popular Santa Eulália beach is about 1,5 km away.
Oura/Albufeira is only a few minutes’ walk away, a well-known touristic destination, with a historic center, night live, promenade and fantastic sandy beaches. In addition to cafes, bars and restaurants, there are plenty of small shops and shopping malls.
A car rental is definitely worth it to get to know the region with its friendly people and lovely places. Historic places such as Lagos or Silves, the scenery of Monchique mountain and the unique west coast with is magnificent rock formations are waiting to be explored by you.

“Absolutely stunning”
What can I say, this place is absolutely stunning and cannot wait to go back again next year with family and friends, we met the owner Joao and his family and they are lovely people, it made it more special to know that this is family owned and we felt privilaged to be able to stay there and was made very welcome, not one bad thing to say about it. The maid was discreet and very attentive, regular towel and linen changes and she kept the whole complex and our villas very clean and tidy. 10/10 Nick Cox, Aylesbury.
