The luxurious Sahane duplex penthouse is a stunning 3 bedroom property which enjoys a premium location at the heart of Kalkan's 'Old Town', only a genuine 2 min stroll from Kalkan's beach, harbour and famous rooftop restaurants.
The Sahane features an exclusive penthouse master suite with private furnished roof terrace and bbq. All rooms offer breathtaking sea views from all rooms - even the penthouse en-suite!
There is also a beautiful pool and sunbathing area shared with only two other (smaller) apartments.

The apartment has been finished to an impeccable standard and has been tastefully decorated in a contemporary Turkish style using quality furnishings.
The apartment's living area and bedrooms all boast fabulous balconies from which to enjoy a relaxing sundowner looking out over the bay and neighbouring islands offers uninterrupted, panoramic sea views. Furthermore, the penthouse bedroom benefits from a private roof terrace which have been furnished with sunbeds, parasol, table and chairs and private brick built bbq for guests' additional privacy and comfort.
The apartment enjoys full air conditioning.
The lounge area is furnished with comfortable sofas and occasional furniture in addition to a satellite LCD TV which has plenty of English channels, CD and DVD player. There is also an ipod docking station.
The apartment has a penthouse master bedroom upstairs which has its own en-suite for additional privacy and a further 2 spacious bedrooms downstairs - one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both have ample wardrobe and drawer space as well as dressing tables and mirrors. Each bedroom has its own private balcony with incredible views.
An English speaking 'meet and greet' service will welcome you no matter what time of day or night you arrive and provide an on-site point of contact. A welcome hamper will also await guests to provide initial provisions and a good bottle of chilled wine. Bedlinen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Twice weekly cleaning and linen change. Iron and ironing board provided.

The Sahane is part of a small development of select, privately owned villas and apartments, enjoying one of the best locations in Kalkan. The apartment's penthouse suite enjoys private sun terraces with a wraparound balcony and there is also a beautiful pool & sunbathing area, which is only shared with two other (smaller) apartments. Here, plenty sun loungers and parasols are provided for the sole use of guests. The apartment has its own private lobby and entrance.

Response from the owner We absolutely love seeing reviews like this because it shows that guests love the property for the same reasons as we do! The views still make my heart miss a beat, even now. I am also delighted you found the app useful, It is the result of lots of work but it makes life easier for us all in the long run. We used to absolutely hate it if our property handbook went out of date or new restautants appeared that we hadn't mentioned. Now everything is bang up to date and we can change things whenever we need so its a win win for everyone. Thanks so much once again and next year will be here very quickly! xx
