Description
The property is located in a strategic position, a few km from Todi, just 30 minutes from Spoleto, Orvieto, Montefaco, Deruta, Foligno, Perugia, in the surroundings, a myriad of beautiful old villages and villages. The house is in a small, quaint village, and is very old, one part dates back to 1300, the other to 1800, completely restored with an earthquake-proof certificate. It is very comfortable and spacious, 160sqm, complete with everything to offer a pleasant and relaxing holiday. On the ground floor there is a large double entrance, from the village and the garden, with a service bathroom. On the first floor there is a large bright and panoramic living room with a large fireplace and an open brick kitchen. Two bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. The third bedroom is a delightful attic with a large velux window. Second bathroom with shower, study room-small living room. The garden, with large trees, is ideal for enjoying the peace and the coolness of the surrounding countryside. The area is renowned for the excellence of oil, wine, meat, cheese, etc. Nearby excellent local restaurants offer local specialties, including the famous local truffle. In addition to the peace and beauty of nature, you can visit numerous places of art, as well as enjoy concerts and other cultural events that take place from spring to autumn. Beautiful swimming pools nearby, as well as tennis courts and golf courses. Riding in the area for those who love riding. Ideal for families with children, the elderly, but also for young people who want to combine relaxation with the many socio-cultural events that the area offers.

“La casa del Noce: a happy experience of flavour, smell, colours of Umbria's cultura”
We had a wonderful week in “La Casa del Noce” in the heart of the countryside of Umbria. This beautiful home is well furnished and has everything you need. It is spacious and comfortable with stunning views. The downstairs area is a large space for socialising and relaxing. The owner Claudia was very friendly and gave us all the informations we needed. We all enjoyed a lot: amazing sunset, lots of lovely walks to the harbour, good food, and drives to the historic and fascinating towns of Todi, Spoleto, Orvieto and Perugia. We will back you soon, Claudia!
