The OPO.APT - Art Déco Apartments is located in Oporto's center in Portugal. It's in the urban circuit between Oporto's Downtown (“Baixa”), the old city center, and Boavista, the modern business center and hotel area. It consists in two apartments composed by two bedrooms, living room, open kitchen to the dining room, and a bathroom with shower. One of the apartments is placed on the ground floor of the building and integrates a gardened backyard with trees and outdoor furniture.

The OPO.APT - Art Déco Apartments is a charming modernist building from 1936. The building is a noticeable example of the architecture Deco of the 30's. This residence complex is the result of a restoration project at the year 2012, which recovered the exterior facades of the building and converted the interior spaces into practical and cozy holiday apartments.

The Pateo Apartment is placed on the ground floor of the building and integrates a gardened backyard with trees and outdoor furniture, two bedrooms with two single beds each, living room with double sofa bed and TV, open kitchen to the dining room, and a bathroom with shower. The maximum capacity is for 6 persons, and we provide you Internet (cable and Wi-Fi), air conditioning, heating, bed linen, towels, and a weekly cleaning.
The Art Déco Apartment is placed on the first floor of the building and integrates two bedrooms with two single beds each, living room with double sofa bed and TV, open kitchen to the dining room, and a bathroom with shower. The maximum capacity is for 6 persons, and we provide you Internet (cable and Wi-Fi), air conditioning, heating, bed linen, towels, and a weekly cleaning.

The OPO.APT – Art Déco Apartments is located in the emerging Cedofeita´s area in Oporto's center. It's in the urban circuit between Oporto's Downtown (“Baixa”), the old city center, and Boavista, the modern business center and hotel area. Although it's placed in a central area of the city the nearby surroundings are quiet, and the outdoor spaces are large and wooded. The mobility is ensured by a good network of public transport (metro and buses). The closest metro station is Carolina Michaelis (two minutes walking), with a direct line to the airport (line E, 20 min), with several direct lines to Campanhã train Station (line A, B, C, E) and to São Bento train Station (line D, with transfer at Trindad Station). The area is surrounded by important buildings like the historical Cedofeita's Romanic church (1 min. walking), and the concert hall, recently built, Casa da Música (5 min. walking). To visit Clérigo's Tower or Aliados Avenue in “Baixa”, you can go with the metro (2 min.), with the bus (lines 202 or 602, 10min.) or you can go walking (20min.). The Oporto's University Pole 1 (Rector Ship, Faculty of Pharmacy, Biomedical or Law) and Pole 2 (Faculty of Letters, Architecture or Science) are within walking distance of 15 min. or 5 min. with the bus. The art district of Miguel Bombarda street, full of art galleries and shops of young creator's, is 10 min. walking, and the Palácio de Cristal gardens, with incredible views over the river's waterfront, is 15 min. walking.
