An additional fully refundable deposit also payable to protect the quality and contents of the apartment - this can be paid in Euros or GBP. I will be as flexible as possible.

Lounge/ dining room is a spacious area perfect for relaxing and enjoying yourselves. Leads to balcony. 3 seater leather sofa bed, coffee table, TV unit, DVD player, wall-mounted 32'' plasma screen and decorative features.

The kitchen contains top quality equipment throughout with Scholtes cooker, halogen hob, extractor, microwave, Hotpoint fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Granite worktops throughout, soft close drawers, kettle and toaster. The apartment is fully equipped.

Dining area has a good sized quality table and 4 chairs. High chairs and cots are available on request with a small additional charge. Mood lighting gives a luxurious, relaxed feel to both kitchen and lounge. Combi-blinds.

Bedroom benefits from one large king size double bed, with side tables and lamps, fully fitted wardrobes and mirror, along with black out roller blinds. Fully air-conditioned

Bathroom with bath & shower, sink, WC, large mirror. The bathroom is fully tiled.

The utility area contains the washing machine and portable dryer

The property is fully maintained and cleaned after every stay. Towels & Linen are provided inclusively. If further sets are required these can be arranged for you and managed by the on-site personnel. Please bring beach towels however. Cots, High Chairs and more available on request

from start to finish this booking has been a pleasure. regular emails from Rob answering any questions he was asked. very helpful and friendly. the apartment was lovely and the views were beautiful. the whole complex was clean and the swimming pool was kept clean. i would certainly recommend staying here and would have no hesitation staying again.

We spent ten tranquil days at the Grove Spa resort in Rob and Carrie’s apartment and highly recommend it. The apartment is stylish and modern but also very comfortable and homely. The state of the art kitchen makes preparing meals a pleasure, and the open plan lounge and kitchen which leads out onto a spacious balcony overlooking the lush olive groves and incredible sunsets makes eating them all the more satisfying. The apartment is exquisitely finished with impeccable attention to small details which really do make all the difference, from the good quality and good looking furniture, designer kitchen utensils and appliances to the chic decor throughout. The apartment is extremely well equipped with the essentials to really make yourself at home, including washing machine, iron and plenty of wardrobe space. Overall this is a very functional, spacious and chic space which is easy to make your home for however long you stay. Outside of the apartment, the Grove Spa resort itself is extremely clean, and like the apartment. finished to a high standard both in quality and style. The reception staff are friendly and happy to answer questions, they also have a collection of DVDs and books available to borrow free of charge. The complex is built around three beautiful swimming pools, spaciously spread out with plenty of sun loungers and sun shades. The main pool in the centre of the resort is phenomenal, and big enough to do laps, and the Jacuzzi pool attached to it is perfect for reading. At night the pool lights create a romantic and tranquil scene reminding you that you really are on holiday. The village of Mazotos itself is peaceful and charming, but not remote. The airport, large supermarkets, beaches, shopping, restaurants and traditional villages are all close by and accessible by a short car journey, and a 10/15 minute walk takes you to a local supermarket and local bars. Overall the apartment and the setting make for a peaceful and relaxing haven. We would defenetaly recommend this resourt and plan to go back in the very near future. Thanks Rob and Carrie,

“Wonderful apartment, wonderful holiday”

We stayed at C23 Grove Spa for a week with our two children (3yr old and 10 mth old). The apartment is beautifully decorated and everything was brand new, so was in top-notch condition. It was very handy to have a washing machine and we filled the freezer with Magnums! The view from the balcony is gorgeous, and it was lovely to sit with our feet up and watch the sunset. A cot and highchair were provided for the baby, and we tended to put both children in the bedroom to go to sleep, then move the older one to the sofa bed later on. The pool was fantastic - we used the one with a baby pool next to it, for obvious reasons. As it was early in the season, there were not that many people at the complex, so we always got sunbeds and the kids could splash to their hearts' content. We hired a car from a company recommended by the owner of the apartment. Having had some shockers on previous holidays, we were pleased to get a very clean and new Toyota that had enough space for all 4 of us, our cases and the buggy. The resort was up and running when we stayed, but there were a couple of things being completed. The only thing that affected us was that the lifts (elevators) had not been finished. The apartment was only one level up though, so it was fine. They are probably done now - maybe we will have to go back to find out :)
