Description

Located in a calm residential area close to the historical old village of Haut de Cagnes and the center of the city the appartment is the ground floor of a charming small villa Provence style. It has a size of ar. 70 sqm. It is east and south oriented and very sunny. It is composed of two large bed rooms looking out directly to the garden, and a living room + open kitchen looking out to a private sunny terrace. Comfortable beds settle four people in the bed rooms. Two additional people can be accomodated in the living room on a sofa bed. Two bath rooms with tub or shower + toilets are avaiable. The garden is ar. 500 sqm.big, totally in privacy, planted with trees (orange, lemmon, olive trees...). A private parking is available.
The appartment is close to the center of the city and the central bus station (around 5 mn. by feet). The beaches are at ar. 10 mn. by car.
Cagnes sur Mer is located between Nice and Antibes and easily accessible by car (highway A8, exit "Cagnes sur Mer", by train (TGV station in Antibes) and by air (airport Nice Côte d'Azur at ar. 15 mn.). It is a charming and quiet family seaside resort.
A lot of cultural and sport events are organized all year around on the Côte d'Azur (French Riviera): for instance in Cannes (famous cinema festival, "old timer" regattas...), Antibes - Juan les Pins (famous jazz festival), Antibes (very famous Marineland park with aquatic shows of dolphins and orcs), Cagnes sur Mer (horse race course), Nice (carnaval, theater, opera house, jazz festival...), Monaco (tennis open, F1 car race, opera house, concerts of the philarmonic orchestra...) and Menton (classic music festival, famous lemon festival). The italian border (Ventimiglia) is attainable in ar. 40 mn. by car.
The Alpes (Mercantour park) are very close and the ski stations (Auron, Isola 2000) can be reached in winter within ar. 90 mn. Very famous golf courses are very close (golf course of Mougins, of Opio etc.). A choice of excellent restaurants are very close, e.g. at Vence, St. Paul de Vence, Biot, Antibes, Nice... Advice can be given with great pleasure !
