Response from the owner Le contrat signé était pour 3 personnes dans un appartement avec capacité 6 maxi à 1150€ la semaine et non 1200€ avec un accès dans la grange pour garer la moto, il est noté dans ce contrat que toute personne supplémentaire au nombre inscrit n'est pas autorisée sauf accord du propriétaire. Les personnes se sont présentées tout d'abord à 7 puis à 10 la moitié de la semaine sans avoir demandé l'autorisation ce qui pose un problème d'assurance et de bien être pour les autres hôtes ayant réservé et bénéficiant des installations; de plus les personnes supplémentaires venaient la journée et non pour déjeuner comme il est noté. La capacité d'accueil (6 maxi) est à prendre en compte ; au delà ce n'est pas autorisé sauf pour des personnes "visiteurs" leur rendant visite exceptionnellement dans la journée. Pour les équipements, le four était effectivement en panne et le wifi aussi suite aux orages; la box et d'autres matériels ont subi des dommages; je ne partage pas le fait que le matériel soit minimaliste car c'est un appartement de 85 m2 équipé en répondant aux normes du label clévacances.... la literie est de qualité hôtellerie et est très appréciée par les autres hôtes; enfin pour la clim elle fonctionne et le désagrément venait d'impureté au niveau de l'écoulement. tout ceci aurait pu être solutionné pendant le séjour si les hôtes en avaient fait la demande et avaient évité le conflit. La réservation a été faite suite à la visite des hôtes qui avait pu constater sur place le cadre, la taille de la piscine, la disposition des tables sur la terrasse qui permettent d'avoir une convivialité, un échange entre vacancier, à partir du moment où vous n'adhérez pas à cet état d'esprit mais que vous souhaitez une indépendance vous avez mal choisi l'endroit en réservant chez nous, il faut aussi savoir que vous devez lire et respecter le contrat et le règlement intérieur pour éviter tout litige et avoir aussi du savoir vivre.
