House with garden and easy parking in a secure area in the southern suburbs of Athens , between the beach and the historic center : Acropolis - Monastery - Theseus

Very easy access to tourist attractions and beaches of Attica , by subway , bus and taxi .

Links to the airport by bus and metro .

The house is located at the metro-station '' ILLIOUPOLI": is 250 m from the house (take the exit to Glyfada).

The metro-station ILIOUPOLI is the the 6th metro-station from ACROPOLI metro-station and the 7th from SYNTAGMA (the centre of Athens)

The bus stop is 40 m away from the house at VOULIAGMENIS boulevard.

The marina of Alimos, and the beach is 4 km away.

Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center is located 7km away

From the port of Piraeus (10 km away) you can take the boat for the nearby islands of Hydra, Spetses, Poros, Aegina.

In the neighborhood are all kinds of shops, like as super-market , bakery, coffeeshop , etc.

The house has 3 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms , sleeps 6 people , equipped and comfortable home, with tv and wifi. The house and the garden are clean. There is cooling and heating. We offer clean sheets, towels, hair dryer and all the kitchen utensils.

The big advantage of the house is the private garden where you can enjoy, when the weather is good , from the morning, eating breakfast till the evening, where you can take your dinner and relax.
