Standard facilities provided within the rental
Oil central heating throughout
Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, cutlery, crockery and glassware
Electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer etc.
All duvets, blankets, bed linen and bathroom towels are provided
Four TV's are provided; the lounge also has DVD , CD player and radio.
Hairdryers and clocks and TV's in each bedroom
The premises are let for holiday accommodation purposes only, this is a strictly no smoking property
The usual check in time is 4pm (subject to unavoidable delays). The check out time is 10am
You are obliged to leave everything in a clean and tidy condition and you are responsible for any damage done or loss sustained during your stay.
We reserve the right to alter prices on the web site either up or down. We will advise you of the current price at the time of booking
We reserve the right to terminate a holiday after the keys have been handed over, if the unreasonable behaviour (this includes smoking in a property designed as a no smoking property) of anyone in your party is likely to cause danger or annoyance to others or damage to the property (no refund will be given)
The owner has the right to enter the accommodation without prior notice if special circumstances arise.
The owner will not be liable for the loss or damage to articles or vehicles, their accessories and contents are left entirely at your risk during your stay.
Your pet, a charge of £25 per pet per week or short break is made for each dog or cat. You must bring your pet basket with you and ensure that your pet does not lie on the bedding or chairs under any circumstances. Pets must not be left unattended in the property or elsewhere

The cottage has a spacious well equipped kitchen,comfortable lounge, 4TV's.All you need is yourselves and food provisions(a supermarket delivery can be accepted by arrangement ) an additional folding Z bed can be placed in the downstairs bedroom by request.Fantastic countryside views from all windows A100sq m South terrace overlooks the garden planted to attract birds and butterflies.

“Spacious, well presented”
Large kitchen/dining room. Large comfortable lounge (some holiday lets have poor lounge suites!). The bedrooms are well decorated and comfortable. Toilet facilities are very well presented. The patio gets the afternoon sun with beautiful views over the adjacent countryside. The location is good for exploring east Wales and Herefordshire. Monmouth is just a few miles away for shopping and exploring.

“Wonderful Christmas”
Had a wonderful 10 day stay at Whitehill Farm cottage with our family. The generous accommodation meant we had enough room to relax and unwind without feeling on top of each other. Beryl kindly setup a tree for us which was a nice touch as well as leaving emergency tea and coffee. Before our stay she offered great assistance with recommendations. The weather was not so kind to us but it didn’t stop us taking lovely walks around the area. This place would be absolutely magical in the summer when one could eat on the terrace. Perhaps we need to come back. Thank you Beryl for a great property.

“Wonderful setting and top class accommodation”
My wife and myself stayed here for my son´s wedding at nearby Treowen. We were mightily impressed by the warm welcome and concern for our welfare throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. The breakfast was substantial and our special diets (vegetarian and vegan) were supplied with the minimum of fuss. When we had transport problems the owner was kind enough to help us overcome them. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in the countryside with all home comforts supplied.

“Excellent cottage, beautiful location”
We found the cottage very spacious for our group of seven adults. The property was very clean, well presented and had everything we needed. Two of the three rooms had en-suite bathrooms with a further main bathroom upstairs which cut out the shower queue! The living room was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. The owner (Beryl) was very friendly and met us on arrival. We found the cottage easy to find and is only a few miles from lovely Monmouth centre. The cottage is set in a beautiful location, surrounded by rolling hills. We had no problems at all during our stay and would very happily stay here again. If you are attending an event in the area and plan to use taxis, I would advise that you book as far in advance as possible. We attended a wedding which was one of four in the area and really struggled to get home! (Thank you Beryl for providing some local numbers and for the word of warning!)

“Beautiful accommodation with fabulous views!”
We had a lovely week in this cottage which was perfect for our needs. We have three small children (age 6 and under) and Nannie and Granddad came too. We had the most amazing weather and the children enjoyed the garden and we all enjoyed BBQ's looking across at the beautiful countryside. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We visited Tintern Old Station, Tintern Abbey, Ross-on-wye among other places. Thanks Beryl for your lovely welcome and for being so helpful.
