Petit nid douillet romantique pour un couple dans un ancien four à pain restauré, afin de passer un séjour de détente ou touristique parmi les châteaux de la Loire.

nous nous situons à 8min de Loches, 20 min de Chenonceau, 30 min d'Amboise, 35 min d'Azay le rideau, 50 min de Chinon, 40 min de Tours,...
Pour vos loisirs:
Nous disposons d'un étang privé (anciennement destiné à l'alimentation du moulin) dans lequel vous pourrez pêcher,
Nous sommes à 45 min du Futuroscope de Poitiers, 45min du zoo de Beauval et de nombreuses autres activités à proximité (karting, piscine naturelle, golf...)
Pour vous accueillir dans ce gîte de 45 m2 tout a été conçu pour vous faciliter la vie :
En rez-de-chaussée :
-cuisine ouverte sur salon avec: plaque halogène 2 feux, micro ondes combiné four, frigo bas, ustensiles et batterie de cuisine, vaisselle, cafetière , grille pain, bouilloire.
-coin salon repas ouvert sur une terrasse avec: TV (chaînes tnt par satellite), lecteur dvd, canapé 2 places, cd, livres, magazines à votre disposition.
-Escalier menant à la chambre.
A létage :
-Chambre ouverte et mansardée avec une charpente du XVIIème conservée et restaurée : lit 140x190, bureau, bergère, portant, station daccueil avec branchement mp3 et iphone,
-Salle de douche avec wc.
Terrasse indépendante donnant sur jardin privé et pré avec salon de jardin, petit passage couvert.
En option: linge de toilette ( 5€/personne),linge de lit (10€)
Un forfait ménage à 30euros vous est proposé pendant ou en fin de séjour afin de profiter pleinement de votre séjour.

“Good”
A very nice compact gite, tastefully decorated. Peaceful surroundings. We had an enjoyable week there. Mind your head upstairs, towels good for DIY and remember what you have paid for!

“Our comfortable stay in the bread oven”
unique gite in an ancient bakery next to the old non working water mill .There is also a small woods around the mill pond,ideal for the dog walking.The accommodation is very good and our hosts helpful and friendly.we spent an enjoyable 10 days with plenty to see and do.

Response from the owner Un kit de demarrage :un rouleau de papier toilette, un sac poubelle, du liquide vaisselle et du savon liquide sont en place à votre arrivée mais ne sont pas fournis pour tout votre séjour. Les produits ménagers sont fournis et remplacés par mes soins si nécessaire lorsque les flacons sont complètement vidés ( il n'y a parfois qu'un fond de produit mais qui reste suffisant pour le nettoyage de fin de séjour). Tout materiel ne fonctionnant pas doit être signalé à votre arrivée et est réparé ou remplacé très rapidement, il peut arriver que certains vacanciers ne me le signalent pas et que se soient les vacanciers suivants qui s'en apperçoivent... Je reste cependant attentive à ces remarques et à ce que vous passiez le meilleur séjour possible.

Enjoyed every moment and hostess was most helpful. The setting is idyllic and the gardens beautiful. House had everything one would need and parking was great.
