Make plans to stay at Villa Monte Verde, our newly renovated post-Irma 5000 sq. foot villa located in the prestigious Orient Bay area of St. Martin. Our villa offers a luxury approach to a relaxing vacation. If you are a discriminating traveler that has high expectations, then our villa is the right choice.
You can expect: Brand new AC in the entire villa, four large en-suite rooms each with a california king, a world class location overlooking Orient Bay, expansive patio and terrace areas ensuring your total privacy. This villa was designed for luxury rentals and we take your experience very seriously.
On arrival at the villa:
Each guest is greeted by our property caretaker and given a tour of the home
Each suite has an electronic safe in the walk in closet
Private transportation can be arranged as needed
Exclusive, gated community
Private off street parking
Security system, fire alarms and a pool alarm
Gourmet Kitchen:
Includes micro wave, conventional oven, vapor oven, and built in coffee machine (no filters needed), double door fridge with ice maker, dish washer, solid surface counter-top, gas cook top and hood. Seating stools for four. You can expect to have all cooking items/utensils you would normally have at home. Also, the villa is ready for your personal chef to come in and prepare meals, please ask us for details.
Living and Dining Rooms:
Original and striking hand-made teak furniture abounds. Enjoy the open concept dining room.
LUXURY en-suites:
The villa offers four luxury en-suite rooms, each room offers:
A warm an inviting atmosphere, lots of sunshine and views of the Ocean and the French countryside. European King Size beds with large walk in closets.
World class bathrooms that are large and spacious. Two suites have a shower and a bathing tub, the other two have showers. Vessel sinks and gorgeous tile work.
An interior shower and a private exterior shower room allowing you to experience the warm island air while showering. This is an experience everyone should do at least once.
Pool and Deck Areas:
An infinity edge pool with an approx. max. depth of 7 feet frames the Atlantic ocean and Orient Beach. Plush poolside lounge and sun bathing furniture is provided, no detail is missed. An outdoor BBQ is available to you. Expansive terraces, both covered and uncovered seating areas for the "True Island Luxury Living" experience!
