Welcome to wonderful Sardinia and to this sunny and well-located apartment with garden!
Far away from stressful city life, this is a lovely and quiet apartment ideal for an holiday characterized by wellness and relaxation.
It comes with a large open-plan space where a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen are located, a comfortable and bright bedroom equipped with double bed, a full bathroom decorated with Italian ceramic floor and wall tiles. There is also a covered porch overlooking the wide and peaceful private garden with fruit trees, close to the wonderful "Bados" and "Mare e Rocce" beaches.
Amenities included: private parking space, air conditioning and awesome garden shower!
Just 10 minutes drive from “Olbia - Costa Smeralda” Airport and Olbia "Isola Bianca" Harbour, this accommodation benefit from a truly convenient location. Bados beach, famous for its finest sand and crystal-clear water, is just a few steps away. Porto Cervo, popular for its unique and exclusive nightlife, is also within easy reach (25 minute drive).
The property is well connected with Olbia, Porto Rotondo and Porto Istana by public transport.
