Villa Duma is a modern and peaceful 4 bedroom villa with private pool and jacuzzi. (Both of which can be heated for an additional charge - Pool heating is an additional 200 Euros per week/part week.
Jacuzzi heating is an additional 70 Euros per week/part week).
The villa has Internet access (Wi-fi) and air-conditioning.
Accessed by steps, the villa comprises of fully fitted and equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and separate laundry room with the washing machine.
The spacious living / dining area accesses the pool and terraces and has sofa, TV, dining table and chairs.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower rooms.
Stairs access the first floor where there are 2 further bedrooms, each with large double beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms (bath with shower over).
Externally there is off-street parking, private swimming pool, private jacuzzi and gardens.
The beautiful Maria Luisa Beach is just 10 minutes walk and a golf course just 2 minutes walk.
Ideally located just 15 minutes walk to the fishing village of Olhos de Agua with many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
Olhos de Agua is situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira with the former about 15 mins by car and the latter just 7 to 8 mins away.
The villa is a short drive from Faro Airport, not more than 35 mins. Golf courses are plentiful with the nearby 9 hole Sheraton Pine Cliffs while Vilamoura boasts no less than half a dozen courses, and you have the 9 hole Balaia village golf course just 2 minutes walk from the house.
There are several water parks close by as is the excellent Zoomarine with famous Dolphin shows, all within a 25 min drive. The renowned Algarve Shopping complex in Guia is less than 15 mins by car.
Airport transfers can be arranged by owner (costs apply).
Travel cots can be provided for an additional 25 Euros each cot.
High chairs can be provided for an additional 10 Euros each chair.
Pool heating is an additional 200 Euros per week/part week.
Jacuzzi heating is an additional 70 Euros per week/part week.
We can also organise private airport transfers or assist with car hire.

“Great Villa for families”
This Villa was perfect for our family holiday which included a 3 year old. Lovely pool and jacuzzi which we paid to heat. It has everything you need inside and was spotlessly clean.on arrival. Great minibus service with Luis (additional cost) Luis went over and above for us and was so helpful and friendly. One thing to be aware of in the pool is the pipe that sucks in water if you catch yourself on this it really hurts. Other that that 10-15 mins from beach, supermarket and some restaurants. Would highly recommend

“Beautiful villa”
Had a lovely time staying at villa duma.the communication was brilliant from picking up and dropping off at the airport to popping in just to see if everything is fine (halfway into the stay)the villa is very modern with everything u could wish for.the pool was lovely and a good size i paid to have it heated which was nice going for a midnight dip! There is a supermarket a 10 minute stroll down the road and a few bars and restaraunts even closer. Albufiera is a short taxi ride 5 euros max. There were a couple of issues i had the water mains went off twice but both times there was someone out within 10 minutes who sorted it.there is a fan that is for the pool i believe which blows cold air right across the patio seating area so in evening it could be quite chilly. ( a simple deflector would solve this)and the jacussi bath in the master bedroom had a mind of its own it would go on and off an hour or so after u had a shower or bath.these r all small things which could be easily put right and make this villa a 5* review in my eyes i will definitely look to book again.and one more thing i think it would be nice to supply guests with just a few essentials Milk. Water bottled Tea And just a few light snacks And perhaps supply cleaning products such as washing up liquid and dishcloths and perhaps a handsoap.that would be a nice touch :)

“Christmas break”
I would have given this villa a 5star but the pool wasn't warm after paying to have it heated and the jacuzzi wasn't working but other than that we had a great time and a great villa and will be back.

Response from the owner Thank you for your review. I´m very glad you liked the Villa and your vacations. The pool heated will raise the water temperature about 5º to 6º. At this time of the year (December) with so cold nights its difficult to get the water more than 21º or 22º becouse the pool it´s not covered. About the jacuzzi you are right, it was the first time this happens and we only discovered the problem yesterday but now is already fully functioning. If you sent me your iban or paypal i will be glad to refund you the payment for the jacuzzi. Kind regards Nuno Gonçalves
