This modern air conditioned 4 bedroom villa has it's own private garden and Hot Tub, plus a roof terrace. Situated on the Clube Golfe Mar development on the outskirts of Carvoeiro, the onsite communal pool is just a short walk away. There is the wonderful Lighthouse Restaurant and Snack bar, and Vale do Milho golf course is just at the end of the garden. The perfect place for a relaxing family holiday.

Approximately 20 minutes walking distance, or 5 mins by car from the lively little fishing town of Carvoeiro, Clube Golfe Mar is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away. The resort also has it's own Lighthouse Restaurant and Snack Bar. Vale do Milho Golf Course is within throwing distance! It is the perfect spot for your family to relax and forget about the worries of the world.

The house is immaculate throughout, with quality decor and furnishings. The living areas, kitchen, a twin and double bedroom and Family shower room with WC are at entrance level, with a further 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. Hairdryer provided.The open plan Lounge Dining room has comfy sofa and armchairs, a large flat-screen smart TV, a selection of reading books, enclosed log burning fireplace, and air conditioning. Sliding patio doors leading to covered a terrace and private garden.There is a fully fitted and extremely well-equipped kitchen with modern units and tiled walls, stainless steel sink unit and drainer, oven, hob and extractor unit, washing machine, integrated dish washer and fridge freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. From the kitchen there is access to a small courtyard area, ideal for drying laundry, and stairs to the spacious roof terrace.There is a built-in sound system – plug in your iPod and listen throughout the house – including in the bathrooms! Each room has its own volume control and on/off switch.The villa also has the luxury of electric shutters throughout which can be controlled individually by a button next to each window, or all shutters can be opened by a master switch inside front door. All 4 bedrooms are air conditioned with fitted wardrobes, and in addition to 3 en suite bathrooms the villa also has a Family Shower room.*Air conditioning/heating is available for an additional charge.There is a covered terrace with breakfast table and chairs, and a large lawned garden surrounded by mature shrubs and mature trees. The barbecue area with a brick-built gas barbecue with tiled surround and cupboards beneath is the perfect place to enjoy alfresco dining, with a large outside dining table with seating for 8 people, plus outside lighting. From the garden there are great views across the Vale do Milho Golf Course.In secluded corner of the private garden is a fabulous Hot tub, perfect for relaxing day or night the Algarve sky is littered with stars and what better way to look at them than from the warmth of a bubbling Hot Tub! There is also a terrace on the roof with superb sea views, a table and chairs and outside lighting, ideal for secluded sun bathing, or to watch the sun go down.Use of the Hot Tub is charged at 60€ for the first week, or part week, and 6€ per day thereafter.

Please note there is NO FREE POOL available. There is an independently owned pool on the complex that Clube Golfemar guests may use, subject to the following conditions:

-Pool opening hours from 9am to 8pm;

-Any person(s) wishing to sun bathe in the pool area using the sun beds is required to pay 5,00€ per person per day;

-The cost of each sun bed will be reimbursed for every 20,00€ spent in the pool bar or restaurant;

-Anyone choosing not to use the sun beds provided and, instead, lay on the grass must do so in the designated area provided;

-It’s not permitted for any person(s) to bring sun beds or other furniture into the pool area;

-No food and drink can be consumed on these premises unless purchased from the Lighthouse Restaurant.

Within a few minutes stroll the Clube Golfe Mar complex has communal pool, gardens and the Lighthouse Bar and Grill Restaurant and snack bar. There is ample car parking to the front of the property.

Car hire is recommended but not essential. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation.

Baby equipment such Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire.

We provide a maid service twice a week in summer and once a week in winter , this is included in the rental cost.

All bookings between 01 November and 31 March are subject to an additional charge for electricity,payable monthly, charged at 0.20 cents for each unit of electricity used.

PLEASE NOTE - A fully refundable damage deposit of 450€ is payable in advance of your arrival, for which you will be invoiced. This will be refunded by bank transfer shortly after the end of your holiday.
