One of the top 3 locations on the island......is how the area was described by Tom Hanks.
In a plot of 8567 sqm there are 2 bdr and 3 bdr independent villas far away from each other with private pools and 2000sqm of private yard yard .
At a distance of 200 meters downhill the beautifull beach of Avithos(sand quantity varies according to weather conditions) overlooking the island of Dias(Zeus) which makes you feel like on a deserted island yet at 500 meters tavernas and at 1km markets and traditional villages with original greek food .
The villas can accomodate large groups of families that wish to vacation together and yet have their privacy.Not to mention the numerous excursions on the island from Skala to Fiscardo the mountain of Ainos the underground lake of Mellisani all at max 40 minutes drive....
These unique villas are reasonably priced for this year.
As we have 2 bdr and 3 bdr villas available please specify the number of persons,as the 2 bdr villas have different layout in two levels.
