Beautifully designed three bedroom detached villa with stunning decoration. The villa is private, detached and has its own swimming pool and garden.

It is located in a quiet area but walkable to Sarigerme village centre where there are shops, bars,restaurants and night-life.
The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ideal for couples or families.

It is well equipped for the guests' needs during their stay and the garden and the pool are kept maintained daily by a professional gardener.

Bedrooms: Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms.
The master being an en-suite.
All bedrooms have a balcony.
Bathrooms: It has one en-suite bathroom and a communal bathroom upstairs.
Also there is a downstairs WC.
Kitchen: There is an open L-shaped kitchen. It has cooker, hob, fridge, microwave and kettle.
Utility Room: There is a washing machine available in a utility room downstairs.
Living Rooms: There is a nice modern sofa and a bed settee in the living with a an LCD television provided.

linen/maid service: Towels and linens are provided in the villa for your stay. Villa is cleaned before and after your stay. However an mid clean is arranged for 2 weeks bookings.

The villa has many areas outside to enjoy the sea view. The wrap around terrace gives plenty of opportunity to enjoy the sunshine or the shade which ever you prefer. There is an out door pool large in size with sunbathing area. There is also a bbq and out door shower. There are many communal facilities that you may use free of charge facilities such as Sauna, Gym, children's play area and a communal pool, bar and BBQ area.

“Lovely, bright, modern ,new, clean villa.”

Pictures looked too good to be true but they were. Lovely bathrooms. Everything was clean and the open plan downstairs was lovely. Only drawback was the air conditioning did not work in one of the bedrooms for 3 days which meant my 17 year old son had to sleep on the very comfortable sofa (not sofa bed ) for 3 days but it wasn't really the fault of the agents who tried their best to fix it. One problem was lack of info. We did not know where to put the rubbish or where the (non air conditioned) small gym was. Also, no info on what to do in the area. Luckily we had been to Turkey before so we roughly knew what trips to do. Overall, I would recommend it.

“Absolutely stunning villa”

Amazing villa, immaculately clean with plenty of fresh towels, pillows, kitchen utensils etc. Everything we needed for our stay was catered for. Maintenance staff were friendly and very helpful and prompt to sort things out. One member of staff (Bayraum) who came daily to maintain the pool even brought as a huge bag of oranges from a local orchard so we had freshly squeezed juice for days!! (There was a juicer in the villa) Sarigerme village IS within walking distance, on a flat road but as the villas and apartments are located on a steep hill, the last part of the walk back from the village takes some energy, so may not be ideal for small children but was fine for us. The locals were very friendly and not too pushy. We even had our groceries delivered to our villa by the local mini market and the restaurant opposite (Paradise) delivered hot food to us as my husband and kids wanted to watch the football in the villa instead of eating out one night! Market on a Sunday was very busy but fun haggling over prices. The market in Ortica was also good which we got to by local bus (Dolmus)- picks up/drops off at the bottom of the hill by the villas. Loads of fresh local produce and very cheap (plus all the fake designer stuff). Jeep safari I would definitely recommend- brilliant day out. Goes right up in to the mountains where we got thrown about in the back of the jeep and soaked going through a river (very refreshing in the heat). We stopped for lunch at a mountain top restaurant we took a plunge into the ice cold (literally ice cold) stream.- really good fun! We only went to the beach once as we had the luxury and privacy of our own pool at the villa. Only down side (but only a minor down side) of the whole holiday was the steep climb up to the villa but don't let that put you off - the villa was worth the climb and really made this a lovely family holiday. Can't wait to go back!!
