Villa Nehir&Ceren,

It is only 5 minutes walk from the center and is centrally located. Located in the heart of Dalyan, this villa has a different architecture and consists of 2 villas in a single plot. Villa Nehir&Ceren, which was completely restored in 2023, has been designed completely for our valued guests with its new architecture. Walking distance to all bars, restaurants and markets. It is completely private for you with its two villas facing each other in a well-kept garden and a pool in the middle.

Note; Prices shown are daily prices for both villas.

In both of our villas; It has 2 en-suite bathrooms, 4 bedrooms in total and can accommodate 8 people. Both villas have seating and book corners. It is almost inevitable to have a fun time during your holiday from our villa with a dining table for 6 people where you can enjoy your meals on both large and sun-protected verandas, a 30 m2 pool, a barbecue area right next to the pool.

Ground floor;

The open plan kitchen is designed to meet all your needs. Small household appliances such as hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, microwave oven and kettle, toaster, toaster, filter coffee machine are available. There are enough plates, pots, spoons and cutlery for the capacity of the villa.

Toilet; There is 1 sink & toilet on the ground floor.

Living room;

As part of the open-plan design, there is a comfortable seating group, coffee table, air conditioner, and LCD TV in the living room.

Villa Nehir 1st floor,

1st bedroom, en-suite bathroom, double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and air conditioning.

Villa Ceren 1st floor,

POOL/GARDEN/TERRACE,

In its stylish and well-kept garden of 600 m2, there is a swimming pool of 30 m2, a sufficient number of sun loungers, parasols, and a barbecue area that will make your dinners enjoyable. One of the most special areas of the villa is that it has 2 large verandas, completely sheltered from the sun. There is a dining table with a capacity of 6 people on both patios. The garden area is secure and private.

All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room after the current guest leaves, and ready for use again in packages before the new guest. disinfected after cleaning

All rooms are air-conditioned.The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you would need throughout you stay (oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher etc. can all be found).Guests are advised to bring their own pool and beach towels. All bathroom towels are provided, as is bed linen and kitchen linen. The villa will be clean for your arrival with linen and towels provided for the duration of your stay. If you require an additional clean this can be arranged for 15GBP per clean.

Getting around

No car is required unless you plan to travel outside of Dalyan. In Dalyan everything is accessible on foot or by bicycle. In case you plan to travel to other towns you can rent a car or take a taxi. Take a local bus called dolmush if you desire to go to the closest towns or to the beach. Also, you can use a taxi boat heading from the town centre that will take you to Iztuzu beach.

We meet guests at the villa when they arrive. We are on the phone/messenger 24/7. Guests can come directly to our office during working hours (9:00 - 18:00).

“Beautiful pool”

Villas were less than 10 mins walk to the main square, very spacious, pool was lovely, only one parasol but some shade from the balconies too, we were moving beds all the time to find shade in the August heat. Villas are spacious with good air con but need updating as a lot of the bits we broken or done on the cheap, however for the price we couldn't complain assuming covid and the Turkish currency has taken its toll on the market and upkeep of the properties. The letting agent out there was friendly and helpful, lovely holiday, wouldn't take a lot to upgrade the villas to deluxe but then the price would reflect that too!

The Villa Nehir was a lovely well kept villa, in an ideal location. 10 minutes walk to the centre of Dalyan, 5 minutes from the river. The villa was well equipped and the pool was nice. When we were there the owners were staying in the villa next door which shares the pool, and they were really lovely - friendly, helpful and generous.
