The apartment Costa de Cabanas is locate just 3 minutes walk from the beach front. Cabanas is one of Portugal's best kept secrets.
Quiet and peaceful, yet only ten minutes from the town of Tavira. The apartment has easy access to all amenities including the local market for fresh produtcs, and many restaurants and bar to eating and drink.

The apartments benefits from the shared salt water pool, with a shallow pool perfect for the children and a jacuzzi. Coffee shop open in high season and you can get there password to check free your internet.
Leading from the living room and kitchen is a front balcony with BBQ, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.The property benefits from all day sun in the morning on bedroom terrace and in evening on the living room terrace.

With two bedrooms, fully furnished, with fitted wardrobe, one on suite, other with twin beds, sliding doors leading onto the back balcony.

Fully furnished lounge/dining room has a double sofa, armschairs, coffee table,TV,DVD and CD player and Hot/Cold Air Conditition There is a dining table and seating for 6 people.The kitchen is fully fitted with ceramic hob full size oven, cooker hood,microwaves, fridge, freezer, washer, kettle.toaster and coffee maker, iron and iron board.
There are two bathrooms both with toilets, bidet, shower and bath and was basins.
The apartment is ideal for families and golfers alike, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

- 25% deposit required at time of booking.

- The remainder of rental fee due eight weeks before your stay to secure booking.

- The minimum rental period in the high season is 7 days, and 3 days in the low season.

- Cleaning is provided on change over days. If the booking is for 2 weeks there will be a mid change of bed linen and towels. If extra cleaning is required it can be arranged locally and paid locally.

- A returnable breakage deposit is required at time of booking of €100 which will be returned within two weeks of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

- Smoking is allowed outside on the balcony, please do not smoke inside.

The Property is on the first floor with back/front balcony. On the balcony outside the kitchen and living room there is a BBQ with table and chairs to enjoy dinner al fresco. On the balcony outside bedrooms the sun rises every morning for a coffee/breakfeast can be enjoy. There is a lovely pool area with a small children's pool and a large adults salt water pool, jacuzzi and pool bar that suports you during your stay.
Cabanas is ideal for walking holidays, beach or lakeside relaxation, a winter sun break and cycling holidays ( available to hire locally).
The Algarve is the most popular golf holiday destination in Europe. With its temperate year-round climate, it offers fabulous golf on a choice of great courses and excellent value for money. The Benamor is just 5 minutes walk from Cabanas. Quinta Da Cima & Quinta Da Ria are located 6 KM east of Tavira.
