Description

This stone house is located in the village of S. Pedro Nordestinho in the western part of Nordeste district, Sao miguel, Azores. A Casa Da Talha is an old country house that has been carefully restored, expanded and, therefore, adapted into the comforts of modern life. The holiday cottage is located in a 650 m2 plot of land, totally fenced, which has been turned into a garden.

This cottage has a double bedroom, with a king size bed, a living room with a wood burning stove, a completely equipped kitchen, including a traditional wood-oven, and a bathroom. Outside, there is a covered veranda with a barbecue grill. This stone house is equipped for customers with reduced mobility.

For the entertainment of its guests, the Casa Da Talha provides, at no additional cost, cable TV, DVD player, WI-FI, a small library, indoor games, two bicycles and a croquet court.

At their arrival, the guests will find bread and homemade jams, milk, coffee, tea, fruit, water, butter and cheese. In each cottage there are also some basic grocery items.

Please note that the access to the barbecue/sightseeing area is done by the exterior of the house.

How do damage deposits work?

If Tradicampo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
