Located directly on the beautiful soft white sand of Baie Rouge beach in the prestigious gated community of Terres, St Martin, this luxurious 2-bedroom retreat is perfect for 2 couples or an unforgettable private honeymoon as it can be rented as a 1- or 2-bedroom villa with total exclusivity!
This Saint Martin vacation villa rental is a gorgeous mix of contemporary styling and Caribbean relaxation. From the moment you enter the villa you’ll be awestruck at the vibrant turquoise blue that is so captivating and quintessential Caribbean! You’re as close to the gentle sound of the waves as you can get, and they will be happy to lull you to sleep every night! But before that, enjoy spectacular sunsets and cocktails under the comfortable shaded terrace or from the totally private heated pool or Jacuzzi!
Villa Carisa is fully air-conditioned and has a spacious open floor plan including a large living and dining area, and a well-equipped modern kitchen. The villa also features a separate media room with a 60-inch Plasma TV and top quality THX audio system both for watching DVDs (you'll swear you are in the theatre) or listening to CDs. You can play music out to the open Gazebo, the pool area, or even listen to it in the Jacuzzi.
Each of the 2 master bedrooms feature high-end plush king size mattresses, triple showerheads, Popup plasma TVs, separate DVD players, and finally remote-control roman shades on the windows. This means, you press a button, and the drapes go up and the view of the ocean comes pouring in.

PLEASE NOTE... the jacuzzi at Villa Carisa is not a hot tub and is not heated independently. The heated pool supplies water to the jacuzzi portion of the pool. The pool is heated at 32-35 Celsius / 89-95 Farenheit. The water is always very warm, but the villa being beach front where winds can be high, the temperature of the water fluctuates when it’s windy.
