Description
La Josephine is a spacious 6-bedroom casual villa located close to La Samanna hotel with lovely views over Baie Longue and the Caribbean Sea. Please inquire about lower rates offered for less than full occupancy. Enjoy the glowing sunsets from the terrace with its large infinity pool that extends under a covered terrace, ideal for bathing at noon in the comfortable shade. The terrace provides a pleasant, shaded dining area and plenty of outdoor living areas. A jacuzzi has been added, the pool has been refreshed with new paint, and small upgrades have been made in all bedrooms (2024).
The entire interior living space is air-conditioned along with the 6 spacious bedrooms and can be opened up to the island breezes and the patio. Five of the six bedrooms have King size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and A/C. The sixth bedroom has 2 full sized beds with its ensuite bathroom and A/C.
This villa even has its own pizza oven for the adventurous cook in all of us...or enjoy its fully equipped kitchen.
Distance to City: 15 min. drive to Marigot and it's gourmet dining and great duty-free shopping, or 10 minutes to Maho and casinos, dining and lively night life! Distance to nearest grocery: 10 min drive... Within easy reach of Baie Longue beach in about 2 minutes by car.
