Located in the prestigious residential community of Terres Basses on the beautiful island of St. Martin, it is nestled on a cliff above Simpson Bay Lagoon allowing you to see the breathtaking views spread before you like a magical painting.
Views spanning from Creole Rock in Grand Case to Simpsons Bay and the Caribbean Sea, it is a wonderfully variegated scene showcasing the island’s beauty; the sea, the boat and yacht filled lagoon, verdant mountains, and colorful rooftops of homes and villages. This is the perfect spot to simply sit on a chaise and observe the ever-changing sky from dawn to dusk as the twinkling lights across the lagoon start to dance… Truly mesmerizing!
Positioned well off the road, the villa is a charming and stylish French Caribbean home nestled in a grand tropical courtyard. The luxurious St Martin villa is extremely family friendly and offers a wonderful getaway with breathtaking views of the Simpson Bay, Marigot and the shimmering blue ocean from the hillside perch.

Further afield, you are at the airport in 10 minutes, Grand Case in 20 minutes and Philipsburg in 30 minutes.
