Surlingham Lodge offers you an exceptionally high quality holiday accommodation. A self contained, ground floor holiday home, accommodating four adults, with the additional option of a child's bed and cot available on request.
Situated in a tranquil Norfolk broads village in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by nature reserves and RSPB sanctuary, yet only 6 miles from the historic city centre of Norwich. 30 min. Drive to the Norfolk coast. Walking distance from riverside pubs and restaurants.
Very large, open plan studio room with wooden vaulted ceiling, large floor to ceiling windows overlooking gardens. This room is divided between bedroom area with king size bed and comfortable living area + luxury kitchen, fully equipped with shaker style solid wood units, full sized oven and hob unit, refrigerator, microwave. Air-conditioning and central heating.
The second bedroom containing two single beds, which can be situated to provide one large double bed. The en-suite shower room contains a shower, toilet and basin.
Strictly no pets and no smoking. Children friendly.

Single storey buildings, no steps or stairs. Suitable for guests with very young children or the elderly. Plenty off- road parking adjacent to the property.

OutsideGuests can share the formal garden. Please note, there is a netted raised pond and a tree house-slide, therefore children must be supervised at all times. The cottage has a separate patio area with garden furniture and a gas barbecue.

“Best holiday in UK”
This was a last minute booking so really glad we came across this place. The place is set in a lovely village not far from the river. We were met by the owner who showed us around our studio which was extremely spacious and very clean. My 3 yr old boy loved the massive garden and treehouse, he loved seeing the cows in the field opposite the garden and the squirrels every morning. We explored the 2 pubs close by which served excellent food in a lovely river setting. Absolutely nothing to complain about with this place and will definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Norfolk and would happily return in the future. Thank you.
