Description
Delightful 2 Bed, 2 Bathroom ground floor apartment with private veranda overlooking two swimming pools. The south facing apartment enjoys a quiet, hill-top position within strolling distance of the many excellent restaurants for which Carvoeiro is renowned.
The apartment is in excellent condition having been continuously updated since the owners purchased in 2010
The property is used frequently by the family, who maintain a high standard of comfort and cleanliness. It is managed locally by a reputable British couple, who are on call 24/7.
The apartment is enjoyed by families and couples, many of whom have returned, or have recommended us to friends.
There is a wood burning stove and electric heaters for your comfort during the cooler autumn and winter months.
No need for a car as there is an excellent local bus and taxi service, but plenty of off-road parking if you prefer to be independent.
Several good golf courses, tennis courts, riding and walking in the vicinity.

“Fab apartment & location”
Amazing!! My family & I absolutely loved staying here. Lee's apartment was spacious, spotless & modern. Great communal space to eat and relax. The master bedroom had a very comfy king bed with ensuite. We were given a lovely food & beverage pack to get us started. The apartment is in a great location to the town of Carvoeiro. Lee was very helpful & sent us an information pack prior to our arrival. Mike & Emma greeted us on arrival & were also super helpful. I highly recommend this property & look forward to returning again. Claire

“Ideal for the Family Holiday”
A large roomy two bedroomed apartment, adequately equipped to provide a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space, en-suite bathroom with the king size bedroom and also a shower room accommodating the twin bedroom. There are nearby supermarkets and a butchers to provide enough choice to use the excellent kitchen facilities. Out door eating available on the patio but also a great choice of nearby restaurants to tempt the taste buds for when you don't wish to self cater. I recently stayed with my husband, daughter and granddaughter who also found the apartment ideal for their needs. The available pool is just off the patio making it ideal to watch the youngsters if you don't wish to take the plunge yourself. I must also mention the apartment management who are just a phone call away and are only too happy to help with any problems you may have. All in all we enjoyed a great holiday in Carvoeiro and I'm sure the apartment was a big factor in making it so.

“Comfort in lovely surroundings”
The apartment is fitted with everything that is needed to make a most enjoyable stay. We found the beds to be very comfortable and the area very quiet. The pool was just outside the apartment. We were able to eat out of doors on the patio. The apartment provided lots of information about the area and the restaurants of which there are a great number - something for everyone! Having returned only two days ago we are already looking forward to out visit next year.

“Excellent Apartment”
We enjoyed a fantastic 12 night stay at this apartment, which we found spacious, clean bright and airy and very well equipped. The apartment is only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre which has excellent bars and restaurants to chose from. Also within a short distance are some beautiful beaches. The apartment is very well placed within the town and ideal for couples or families. I would highly recommend this apartment to family and friends.

We, as grandparents, leave the hotter months to families and like to stay during the winter and spring when we can light the fire in the evening and relax with a bottle of lovely Portuguese wine and a good book ! Having said that we've just had three weeks of hot Autumn sun whilst choosing new bathrooms and new single beds !
