Description
This mobile home is sited on our property which stands in just under 3 acres. large lounge, dining area, large kitchen, toilet with washbasin, separate shower room. It has one large double room, one twin, could be made into a double.. Bedding and crockery, pots and pans are all included. There is a gas fire in the lounge and electric heaters in the kitchen and shower room, also in the two bedrooms. Hot water is provided by a gas boiler. Most people have been able to get the internet but one didn't so can't guarantee that you will be able to.
Plenty of off road parking, electric gates.
If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet holiday then this is the place for you. We are surrounded by farmland but the City of Norwich is only 5 miles away and only 25 minutes from Great Yarmouth and the Broads. This mobile is the only mobile on our land so plenty of peace and quiet.
Gas, electricity and water is included in the price. All you have to bring is your own towels.
We welcome people that are working away from home for a few weeks and like their own place to stay instead of staying in hotels, please contact us for group booking prices/

“Perfect”
Fantastic accommodation and fantastic hosts. The accommodation was very clean and tidy throughout, had everything we needed with plenty of space for the 4 of us to enjoy both inside and out. We stayed whilst moving between homes which could have been a stressful time but being able to stay with Jane and Ray made the whole experience stress free and we were able to relax from the moment we arrived. Our children enjoyed the trampoline, playing with the dogs in the evenings and having plenty of space to run around. We couldn't have wished for a better location and experience and we would happily recommend to anyone. Thank you Jane and Ray for our enjoyable stay

“Lovely place”
Stayed here whist waiting to move into new home and. Jane and Ray are lovely friendly and helpful people who made our very stressful situation much easier to cope with. Home was warm and cosy and had everything we needed. The dogs are very friendly and love to play. Would definitely stay here again.

“Good base to social distance and explore Norfolk”
We had a lovely stay with Jane and Ray. We were left to enjoy the great space they have to offer but they were always available for exploring advice. The kids enjoyed bouncing away the evenings on the trampoline and playing ball with the friendly dogs Diesel and Tilly. Good value for money too. I'm sure we'll be back soon. Thank you :)

“Idyllic and convenient”
Beautiful location with fantastic hosts. The caravan was clean and spacious with everything you could need. Private rear garden and veranda to the front. We will definitely be back next tine we have a ski competition in Norwich.

“Little gem!”
This caravan is a little gem! Sadly, we were visiting the area for a close relatives funeral. Jane and her husband were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Having sat in the car for a very long journey, on arrival, our son and nephew were able to enjoy a good run around/play football, in the extensive garden area. The caravan is dated decor wise but very clean and very cosy/homely. And offers exceptional value for money! It's situated in a beautiful area and we loved the tranquility of the setting. There's a decking area outside where I enjoyed a morning cuppa and in the evening we enjoyed watching the horses in the field running and playing. It's a very short drive into Norwich and easily accessible to the A47. We have stayed in a lot of places in and around Norwich, whilst visiting family. But from now on, having discovers this little sanctuary, we'll most definitely be staying here!

“nice, cosy getaway”
we were working in the area so booked this place. one double bed and 2 single beds. ideally made for a family of parents and 2 children. susan is lovely who will go over and beyond to help. we really loved staying here shower separate toilet kitch dining area and the east Anglia sunshine cannot complain
