The apartment is located in a quiet street in the fashionable district of Palermo Viejo between the vibrant areas of "Soho" and "Hollywood" which have become famous for fashion, design, boutique shops, restaurants and cafe culture. It is located close to "Distrito Arcos", a US$ 40 million development of boutique shops, restaurants with a focus on gastronomy, design and culture together with a cinema complex and stage for the performing arts. Palermo parks, botanical gardens, Ecoparque zoological gardens, polo club and horse-racing are just a short walk away.

The building is equipped with a range of amenities including 24-hour concierge & security, swimming pool and terrace, gymnasium, sauna, laundry, games room, bar-b-que area, communal lounge/function room and underground parking.

This luxury apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is furnished and equipped with every facility to meet the needs of the discerning traveller. The apartment is British owned and locally managed by an experienced English-speaking agent. A weekly maid service is provided for longer term rentals.

Soho Tower is located approximately 25m from the corner of Santa Fe Avenue on Humboldt at 2457. It is just 2 minutes walk from Palermo station with fast Subte (metro) connections to the the centre (10 minutes via Line D to Obelisco) and overground (10 minutes to Retiro) . Plaza Italia is also close with local bus connections throughout the city.

Firstly, I would point out that we are more than happy to correspond in Spanish (the official language of Argentina) or in English as advertised on the listing. Unfortunately however, we do not speak Portuguese. The apartment is well maintained and regularly cleaned and inspected and there were no defects reported by you to our agent at check in or during the subsequent 72 hours. In common with most other apartment rentals, a damage deposit is payable to TripAdvisor Holiday Rentals to cover any damage that occurs during a stay, either accidental or otherwise. Most stays are trouble free, but on this occasion, for the first time in five years of letting out our home in Argentina we had to apply to TripAdvisor for a refund of AR$ 8700 of your damage deposit to cover the cost of replacing the large, laminated, tempered glass shower screen that was broken during your stay. The damage deposit is held by TripAdvisor Holiday Rentals and not by ourselves, and in accordance with the detailed policy we submitted our claim with the necessary estimates and invoices for the work. You also had the opportunity to present your explanation to TripAdvisor Holiday Rentals and we are both bound by the rental agreement to accept their decision. It was the opinion of TripAdvisor Holiday Rentals that the damage to the glass screen was caused accidentally by you during your stay and that you were liable to pay for its replacement. Accidents do happen and it is unfortunate that on this occasion it has resulted in the breakage of a large piece of expensive tempered glass and I can appreciate that this has resulted in a bill that you were not expecting. Sums are quoted in our agents inventory as a guide and are priced in US dollars. Actual replacement costs will very in accordance with the detail of the necessary repair work and the prevailing exchange rate and this explains how our initial estimate of US$350 was reduced to US$318. I do hope that this unfortunate accident and the resultant unexpected expense did not detract from the rest of your stay in Argentina and that you had an enjoyable trip to Patagonia.
